@@jpsholland Sometimes I wish Subutai marched on with the horde till he reached the North Sea, the we woud have a tradition of throat singing too. Althougm in Sami and Viking music there are forms of throat singing as well.
Hangal looks so much like his big sister Maral. He is so darn cute! Can’t wait to see more videos with all three of you or maybe your entire family. Super big fan all the way from Utah 🇺🇸🙏🏽🥰

Look at that little kid resting his hand on his papa’s knee and listening intently. If your parents ever passed down their culture to you, take the time to thank them.
I don't understand Mongolian, but just from the faces alone I could tell you are a good father. Music and Family truly transcend the language barrier. Hello from Australia!
Genghis is high above us smiling, laughing, and shining his spirit down below while riding across the Great Blue Sky. Such an occurrence only come from Batzorig uploading for the world to hear.
@@n.ortuno3504 Si, senor, I don't see "HE" in first comment in ref to HIS sister. Let it be, por favor. The Gender Neutral Pronoun 👮 will arrest us both. 😂
Judging from behind view and some smoke pollution, and sunlight direction, he looks like somewhere around on Bogd mountain (47.8108314,106.9611664). He wears black "Uiten huar deel". Uiten-huar is shape's (pattern) name. And cap is most likely Fox-fur Yuden. He using yellow morin khuur with with black ear (tuning peg), at this point you all known of this sacred instrument i think. On upper throat part (between ears) it have Tsagaan-Dari-Ekh (White Fairy Mother) inside Buddist talisman. Westerns translates her White-Tara, directly from Sanskrit language. Tara and Dari is same word, in Sanskrit it means "Star". Both she and Green Tara are quite well known, worshipped figures. On lower throat it looks like "alkhan-khee", but looks too glossy can't identify it well. And on main body it have same "uiten huar" shape like his deel, on center there is Olzii shape appears. Olzii-khee (olzii shape) calls well fortune and long life to its bearer. Olds says it composed from Soyolon horse's (6 year old horse) top view. You can imagine horse running and his head, tail, 4 legs from top of it. Also some say Olzii khee consists of multiple Khas shape (westerns confuse it with Swastika). Which is symbol for circle of life in buddizm. Maral (his daugther name, translates to Female red deer) wears "khurgan malgai", which is lamb-fur-hat. And scarf looks like nooluur (goat's fur). Both lamb & goat's fur are known for it's best warming. So don't worry her getting cold :) On her deel (cloth) it appears multiple of "badamgarav flower" shape, but shape looks too common, not really detailed, so i might be mistaken. I had nothing to do except observe this thumb image of them, while waiting this premiere start :D Edit: It says he's with his son Hangal in description. Either he added it later, or I didn't noticed earlier. Anyway Hangal is naming term of wild, not tamed, adult, male horse. Edit: It already started, apparently he not really singing lyrics, instead he doing some throat training. There is very little of conversations in this video. Hangal looks like can't talk well yet. But he says "aavaa" (daddy) very clear. Other words are hard to identify. @0:59. Batzorig: Are you cold? @1:01. Aavaa Goy, Aavaa Goojo. (There are no word goojo, he says something but I don't get it), @1:07. Batzorig: Okay, okay, I'll sing for you @3:09. Batzorig: Look there is plane flying, my son, look @3:14. Khangal: Ongots baikhu (There is no plane, I can't see), Aavaa goojo aavaa goojo :D :D :D @5:33. Khangal keeps says iijee, iijee. Sounds like he calling his mom looking at recorder. Probably mom holding camera? @6:08. Batzorig: Where is plane? Is it gone? @6:17. Batzorig: Look there are other boy like you, look, look there, walking with his father. @6:44. Khangal: There there there too @6:45. Batzorig: Oh yes (probably there was another boy with family)
Awww, Hangal was the star in this video! 🥰 He is so adorable and well-behaved, and seemed to really enjoy being with his Daddy. This was a precious, precious video.
Hangal looks like a little sweetheart in his traditional outfit, with his little teddy bear! You have a family as beautiful as your voice, and I greatly appreciate how you share it all with us! Another brilliant video brother! Thank you! This video is the definition of relaxing music, the slower instrumental with the subdued vocals are incredible and show the versatility of throat singing, I love the higher pace stuff but this had a certain magical serenity, fantastic stuff Batzorig!
And some day, the father (likely grandfather by then) will be teaching throat-singing to the son. This will be extra useful, in the age of the internet and poke mon go. That young child in the video will be showing this video to the grandchildren and say "this is how we kept our culture alive, and don't you ever forget."
I tore up a bit watching this. Times like this, I realize the things that we forget about or consider "little", like peace, isn't really little at all. Thank you sir.
This brought me rigth back to the days i would play with my toys under my grandfather's piano. It is a precious gift you give to this precious child 😁 and to all of us. Thank you for sharing this beautiful moment 🙏🙌
I'm speaking again Mr. Vaanchig, full support from Europe :) Continue with this, everyone loves it, especially me haha 😀 Good luck to you and your family ;)
The presence of you, your beautiful family, your extraordinary music, and your environment bring our family a peace and joy that is of great value. Thank you for blessing our family in Raytown, Missouri with your love. Hugs from friends ♥️♥️ Your children are beautiful♥️♥️♥️
What a beautiful interaction between the two. It's very inspiring; and being surrounded by the amazing views, it feels almost sacred. I couldn't stop smiling and watching the little girl being so little and so respectful. She is so cute. It made my day. ☺
I just recently discovered this RU-vid channel and I have made a playlist. My friends and I will sit and meditate while listening to this amazing man; The Voice of a God. I humbly thank you
His lungs are made from the gods and the Khans. When he sings, the earth listens. When he plays, the universe dances. The rivers flow to the pace of his instruments. He is Batzorig, and he is the musician of Earth.
