The best video about Vochlea, I like the idea of lowering the tempo to record the notes better and let the software do its magic. And that thing about working in sections or loops hadn't occurred to me, great, because in the end it's not about quantity, but quality. And it must be recognized that this software works better if you are musically attuned, otherwise it forces you to be.

Great video. I'm seriously considering getting Dubler . The only thing holding me back is knowing how well it can trigger acoustic piano sounds doing chords for blues songs. It sounds great at single notes and slow sustained chord pads. I wonder how good Doubler is at replicating some Boogie Woogie Blues piano chord riffs . I haven't yet found a video showing this.

Are you using stock drum and bass sounds within Ableton live in this demonstration?

All of the bass presets are sounds included in Ableton Live Suite and for the drum loops we used Loopcloud!

What’s the advantage of using their mike made by Dubler.

Hi! The main difference is that the Dubler USB microphone makes for a more plug-and-play experience, because it doesn't require calibration. When using your own microphone there is a short calibration process you need to go through - but you only calibrare the first time you open the software. The Dubler 2 software will work with any microphone but for the best results we recommend dynamic microphones. It works with condensers as well, but sometimes condensers can be too sensitive and lower accuracy.

Bonjour! Dubler 2 est un logiciel, donc il est nécessaire d'avoir un ordinateur et un DAW pour l'utiliser. Pour l'utiliser en combinaison avec votre MPC X il faudra envoyer la sortie MIDI de Dubler depuis un DAW vers MPC - c'est possible et simple avec Ableton par example.

Hi, is Dubler limited to the software instruments or it can control external midi instruments too? i guess yes, but not sure.

Dubler 2 can control external hardware instruments if you have a DAW / app on your computer that is able to route MIDI from your computer to external hardware. Here's an example: instagram.com/p/Cca7h3hgKbw/?hl=en In this example Gourlie Records is using Ableton Live to transfer his MIDI from Dubler to his analog synths with zero latency!
