The Impulse 2.0 display is a backlit, monochrome cycle computer designed for use with electric bikes by Kalkhoff, Focus and others. It comes standard with the Impulse mid-drive geared motor and mounts in the center of the handlebars, usually to the stem itself. Along with the computer, you get a sleek rubberized button pad that can be mounted closer to the left grip so you can reach it without taking your hand off when riding. The display panel shows speed in mph or kph, battery level (with 10 increments), odometer and trip distance. It also shows the level of assist that the ebike system is providing from eco, tour and sport. The display is not removable but can be angled forward or back to reduce glare. In this video instructions manual I cover the different modes for the smaller Impulse 2.0 system which is further programmable but requires assistance from a shop to do so.
