Congrats, i gained 26 kilos during and after prag. I am 152 cm and now with 1400 calories and 4-5 days excercise at home i lost 12 kilos in 3 months. It was and is still hard and mostly important i am working on my willpower. Today first in in the morning i weight myself and i have gone from 87 kilos to 75.1 and i am so proud. My ideal weight is 57 to 60. 😊

Very simple techniques dear-Adopt five golden rules-1.Drink water(Jaun,methi dana,jeera-any which suits u in morning,start with 1 glass reach till 4 slowly slwoly)2.Eat nuts after 15 minutes and a banana.3.After half hr Eat a full breakfast-I mean really a good one.For eg One egg(compulsory if u r an eggitartian)Big bowl of oats/corn flakes etc,sandwich proper loaded with any stuffing)..give variety to breakfast n eat like a queen.3.After two hrs Eat full katori of makhanas,diff type of seeds,few mungfali,a handful of roasted chane 4.Time for lunch eat full bowl of whatever cooked veg(any no restrictions and one bowl curd)I drink a lott of lassi too 5.Around 4 Have a big plate of fruits 6.Last meal is haldi wala mil at 6pm.ZIP UR MOUTH AFTER THIS..Always drink luke warm water n before u sleep there is a huge gap..drink atleast two bottlea of luke warm water..If u can cycle or exercise..very good..if not..no worries..brisk walk is good too..n see how by eating soooo much..still ur weight drops..I was 86 kg now I am 76.3 kgs..long way to go...But one advise..EAT AND LOSE WEIGHT N..FOR HEAVEN SAKE DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE WHO SAYS..YE SABZI MAT KHAU VO FRUIT MAT KHAU..I eat evrything..ranging from rajma chane to water melon..But befor 6..After 6..i simply zip my mouth..try dear n let me know..I hope I answered ur question

@@sad9690 just followed INTERMITTENT FASTING for a month or so ..then switched to OMAD....it was an epic experience...btw.... uptil now I've lost 25+ kgs...hehe ...I can just guide u In your journey if you want.... because that's what I lacked in mine...I wanna help others now...so everyone can get fit🔥

the idiots commenting here have no idea how difficult it is to do an actual pull up without assistance or even a one-hand push-up cause they're all eating junk, running on the treadmill and commenting negative shiz on youtube thinking they'll get fit. Fitness comes from strength training and not cardio.... a study showed that 90% of women in the US military failed to do a pull-up.....it requires very low body weight and high upper arm strength! SO GOOD JOB AFREEN!!! super inspirational

@@sachinarya3677 i stick to a diet of 800 to 900 calories n walk 2.25 kms in 20 mins twice a day, i.e. 4.5 kms in 40 mins. On veggie days, i have breakfast like moong dal cheela/ poha/ 1-2 multi grain bread n 1 small cup milk/ 2-3 idli/ sandwich/oats, etc. Have fruits n chaanch at around 11 am In lunch i have bran roti with veggiesn salad/ moong dal cheela/ sandwich/ paneer tikka (150 gms)/ 1-2 idli/ oats, etc. I have tea n 2-3 biscuits in the eve Dinner is usually museli/ paneer (100 gms)/ 1 bowl moong dal/ fruits/ 2-3 egg whites/ veggies/ salad etc. On non veggie days, i have 2 multi grain bread n 1 egg (poached or omelette or boiled) Fruits n chaanch at 11 Lunch is non veg like chicken or fish tikka with veggies n salad Evening tea n 2-3 biscuits Dinner is again non veg n veg n salad n fruits. I order chicken tikka or teriyaki salad from subway also but I skip mayonnaise n south west sauce. Have 1 glass warm water when u get up n b4 going to bed. Oh yes, i have sweets (2-3) or golgappas (1 plate) or taste all food (i definitely don't overeat) on many days but then I have only fruits like papaya in dinner so that my calorie intake is balanced. Taste everything to satisfy ur taste buds but don't have a full cheat meal. If u lose over 1.5 kilos a week, then one meal can be anything. If u feel u have overeaten in a week, compensate one day by having only fruits or 2 glasses of milk n 2 glasses of chaanch n fruits only. Start walking.. brisk walking for atleast 30 mins a day. U must have perspired after u have finished walking. Follow this n u ll lose weight definitely. If I can, anybody can. Thanks to my dietitian for her terrific diet plans n immense motivation. Just don't go beyond 800 to 900 calories a day

@@sachinarya3677 n plz don't get into eating boiled food. Eat everything or at least taste everything. I'm saying this cuz I'm a complete foodie. If someone is having mutton biriyani n u wish to taste it, taste it n have 4 to 5 spoon fulls but then don't have a normal dinner. Instead eat 5-6 medium slices (no way I mean small slices) of papaya or an apple. In that way, ur calorie intake will get balanced. For eg i overate today n I'll follow my non veg schedule tomorrow so on saturday, I'll follow the milk plus chaanch plus fruits diet. That helps a lot. All u need is one decision to lose weight. Trust me I used to be lazy n a total foodie but now I walk everyday n feel guilty if I haven't walked one day. I try to stick to my diet plan but I cheat by having golgappas. Can't ignore that but I'll keep my dinner simple if I have had golgappa or momos. I avoid rolls n pastries n in case u have them, just taste a bit n don't have the entire pastry or a plateful of momos. Main thing is how strong u r to believe that u can do it. If I can, anybody can.. trust me

I have same condition ...my height is 5 inch.. extreme weight is 65 ...and current weight is 50 bt now it's just stuck on it...I do regular workout n balanced diet bt there is no visible changes nowadays....
