People need to get up to speed on modern warfare terminology. UAV - unmanned aerial vehicle. USV - unmanned surface vehicle. This speedboat is a hybrid USV, which can be driven manually and remotely. On a tactical level, when someone spots a speedboat with one driver, it may not raise as much of a red flag…allowing the boat to get close before the driver exits and remote control takes over. Because these are small, fast, and nimble…it makes them hard to detect. And even more challenging to discern a USV from a standard civilian speed boat.

@@classics39 These Toofans were built 25 years ago when Iran was struggling with parts, so still need an operator just before the impact since he's in Tehran. The remote operator takes over just before the impact, slows down to 10knots or less, they jump, and speed up towards target. Any jump under 10ft and 10knots with proper wetsuit is not that bad as long as it's less than 30ft high/20knots. Lot less painful than troops jumping off carriers to cool off LMAO
