Its cause roundabouts are nonsense. They only work well with low traffic volume, but as somebody who lives in the EU I see roundabouts get clogged up all the time. Might as well have a 4 way intersection, which is much better at managing medium to high traffic volume.
@@DesertStateNevada lights are actually slower than a roundabout and cause more accidents but definetley in some situations they are better. Roundabouts have less flow disruption and if there is a long tailback simply switching to lights wont just fix it
@@connorfletcher5201 Actually, lights or stop signs are exactly what fix clogged up roundabouts. And if theres lights or stop signs, might as well have an average 4 way intersection which takes up way less space.

My question why is Eugene is the only city with 'proper' roundabouts in Oregon? Not only that its a only a portion of Eugene. Everywehere else its these pathetic things that are purpose built to slow traffic down. My home town installed over 10 of these dumb things after two teen girls got killed at an intersection. A certain portable...noo it must have been the highway.

@jay2282 A crown vic Interceptor can. The wheels alone had to withstand testimg of being able to run over a 5" curb at 45mph and still be able to maintain pursuit. Know what your talking about before embarrassing yourself

That’s probably the most that suspension or that truck will ever see anything “off road” I always laugh when these truck buyers buy them for nothing more than looks and sound 😂
