I like that African Dad showed some vulnerability and let's Clifford know that it would hurt him if something happened to his son. I felt some of the love that moment.
Let out for the first time, in ever, you'd think Crifod would make a point of being back on time, to prove AD's trust in him! The more of these I watch the more I start to side with African Dad over Cliff. Can't decide if that's me becoming more grumpy or me becoming more mature and responsible. Actually I can decide, I have become more mature and responsible, but I'm more grumpy with it* as well! *or because of it! :D
My parents tried to pull this joint...one day, they made me pack my bags n took me to the Haitian Ambassy to update my passport so they can send me back to Haiti ASAP...knowing their plan, I pretended to pass out in the middle of the line at the ambassy. The Ambassy freaked out (but not my haitian parents), they were unmoved by my act, they STILL gave it to me even as I was "passed out" on the floor....but hey, I was spared a one way trip to Haiti n I never did that mess again 😂 At the end, the dad was absolutely right, he gave a great lesson.

From Senegal my dad used to do the same thing but i stopped getting scared instead i began to resent him because he only did it to me since I'm the only one of his kids born in senegal. I was honestly not even a trouble maker he only didi it when he was in. A bad mood or when his wife told him lies abut me

😂😂 my dad sat in a chair in my room once and did this. Threatened to throw me out too.Scared me half to death. I never stayed out late again. That was the first and last time I did that .I was 21. 10pm is so generous in an African home. I chased the sun my whole life. Sun goes down you are in the house......Criffford your dad is generous.
What I like about these videos is that they are not only funny to watch, but they are clean and doesn't contain swear words. I also like how African dad gives good life lessons to Clifford throughout his punishments and rules.
I'd be like, "Sorry dad, there was a charity that needed help moving canned food donations. And they were moving it to trucks. Of course because I'm your son, I helped them. Thanks to the generosity of the people, there was a lot of boxes full of canned food. I'm sorry for being late."

I used to think my parents hated me when they enforced their many rules on me and never let me out or gave me an earlier curfew then my friends, but it was the exact opposite, it's a shame that I only realised it in my late teens , love and respect to African parents they are the real MVPs! ❤
