FILM DESCRIPTION:
After a particularly difficult job, hit men Ray (Colin Farrell) and Ken (Brendan Gleeson) head to Belgium to hide out until things cool down. Ray hates the medieval city they land in, but Ken finds its beauty and peacefulness enchanting. Their experiences become increasingly surreal and possibly life-changing as they encounter tourists, locals, an American dwarf and a potential romance for Ray.

I only thought of it this last time watching, but it does sort of imply it was the midget that gave him the advice on how to approach the girl. But it's probably just because he got her number.

@@jeanlundi2141 The dwarf wasn't interested in Chloe beyond buying drugs from her. She even says later on that she sells drugs to Belgian film crews, and tells Ray the drugs he was on when Ray tried to wave at him earlier that day.

one of my favourite things about Ray is how much he genuinely loves little people. It's not even a "haha funny midget" thing, he genuinely seems to hold them in high regard (in his own funny irish way)

they're filming midgets! lmao In bruges is honestly such an awesome film and colin farrell was so funny in it. also the main cast are straight out of harry potter, you have voldemort, grindelwald, mad eye moody, and also fleur.

1:37 the way she looks right through him.. the first time I saw this I thought for sure she was like a thespian actress and that she felt he was a dumb dumb who was completely beneath her.
