This one is different from my typical tutorial videos. :)
I had the opportunity to talk to Navin Reddy, instructor and RU-vidr from Telusko. I asked him some questions about his background and how he got started in the field of software and training. I also got some thoughts from him on the current job market in India and the decisions and problems faced by someone graduating from college today.
Please check it out and let me know if you'd be interested in hearing these kind of perspectives from others in the industry. Do you want me to do more of these? Feedback appreciated!

Hi Kaushik, I really owe you for what I am now . I got motivated and came back to develop code after watching your Hibernate series in 2014 . I was a developer then turned to a Project Manager and then turned back to code again because of you . I am a technical architect now in US and am happy to come back to what I really wanted . Thanks .....

Hey Kaushik. I started watching your videos to prepare for an interview and get a job. But once I got the job I now watch your content out of curiosity to learn and understand. I had learnt a great deal from you especially spring and hibernate. And recently I learnt spring security from your channel as well as Telusko. This discussion between you guys was very informative and engaging.

The catchy thing here is both the trainers are so humble in the conversation. I personally felt the objective of both trainers is to make sure that whatever they are trying to teach should be transferred well to the audience. I hardly find any confusion in any of the concepts taught by these two legends. Keep delivering knowledge bros :)

Until recently, I was not a fan of online video learning, bcz earlier I used to find it more of a vlog kind, full of drama and half baked knowledge, without any practical help. So I used to read only documentations and articles. Now OMG!!! RU-vid is flooded with high quality, apt, complete, clear tutorials like spoon feeding! AND Some Indians (and Indian origins) are just turning the RU-vid crazy with their brilliant technical content. Search for any topic on IT, be it Python, Java, Design, Architecture, ML, AI, coding implementations, or just some Concepts , the best, to the point explanation, clearly put, without extra drama all for FREEE. I find any Indian accent/face for my search, thats the first link I click! You guys are the ambassadors! Really a proud Indian.. Thanks a ton for your service to the mankind! You guys are an army out there!

Great stuff. Have watched both channels. You guys raised valuable issues on teaching methodology esp in India. Having studied in both US and India, Indian educational system is geared towards memorization which is why no new tools really come out of India. It's either Europe or US which produces new tools and technologies. An important point to note: most Indian outsourcing companies were well established before most info tech Chinese companies in terms of Revenues, but due to lack of foresight Indian companies got left behind and Chinese companies raced ahead when it came to product creation/newer technologies. Even after this interview I feel students haven't changed. They are blindly running after technologies like machine learning...as one of earliest students of machine learning (in US), I still remember 10-12 yrs back I had to take 24-30 credits of just math...and then in machine learning class we were not allowed to use any library-we had to build all the code ground up which meant mastery over linear algebra, probability, discrete math and vector calculus. Same thing will happen to machine learning enthusiasts-simply learning libs will again leave you nowhere...it's will be like using Excel in the 90s and early 2000s. Moral: be a creator and stop claiming to be an expert after watching a few videos

greate conversation...!! I jsut want to add this. In the middle, you guys discussed about how do you deliver the content. whether it is as a course or as a single video for a topic. I would say both ways are important and both ways are needed for newbies and as well as for experienced people. someone might needed to get the idea quickly, he may go for shot one. and next day he might be wanted to learn step by step gradually. so both ways are really important. therefore please do not change the way you deliver the content. --- thank you.

I have an experience of learning on Java brains and the explanation of each and everything is Crystal clear. You feel confidence in yourself and when you read the content from websites and book you understand them more easily because your base is already created after learning from Java brains. I am telling this because I have struggled a lot in searching job in Hong Kong and seriously Java brains videos helped me too much. Microservices series with spring cloud, rest api , spring boot, spring, hibernate all content is too good to clear your basics.

I am a professional in java world for last 18 years and I watch all your videos not to clear interviews :) but to get in-depth knowledge . Though, now a days people create small standalone videos but I like your series of video to get in depth knowledge please continue doing it. Whoever joins in my team I forward your tutorial links to go over before assign work on project. People in industry recognize the value of your videos and your name is a brand name in learners world. I would suggest you to start some Java-brain certifications it will reduce dropouts as well.

Ameerpet is anyway good.. It's place in the city of hyderabad. You name the technology and you will get the expert there. They charge very nominal fee as compared to other training institute in Bangalore , chennai or pune.. Their teaching style is based on kind of RNd..They dig down a lot and tell you if something is happening then Why this is so. Overall Good place to learn new technologies in absolutely affordable price by the expert.
