'Sounds from the Heart of Gothenburg' is the second live album and video by Swedish metal band In Flames. It was filmed on 8 November 2014 in front of a sold-out venue of 10,000 fans, in the band's hometown Gothenburg, Sweden.
Absolutely incredible! I listened to this as a student 20 years ago, and now I’m just blown away by how cool it can sound live! My biggest dream is to see these guys live. Hey, Swedes - someone invites me to your place to take a look at them :)
Gonna be back to normal in 2 years. Mankind went through a lot of stuff when they didnt have the kind of medical knowledge we have now and they still pulled through. See you in 2 years at some festival brother 🤘🤘
I remember seeing them live back in 2009 on tour with killswitch engage, protest the hero, between the buried and me and I Believe all that remains was there as well
Maybe I'm being silly or elitist or whatever you want to call it but I find Jesper riffs just don't have the same fluidity and effortlessness without Jesper playing them. The guitar work here is good but it's not Jesper-era good.
