I have travelled with Indigo having my lil niece and nephew on board but they never offered them a chocolate, 😂 instead they just took half an hour to handover us the baby stroller which they had taken away at journey's origin. It's a charming coincidence that you guys have almost the same experience with Indigo. LMAO!
Recently, my wife and I flew IndiGo from Chennai to Mumbai and back to Chennai. My wife had to avail theservices of a wheelchair. The cabin attendants had gone out of their way to makesure that she was comfortable. It's so very easy to criticise these cabin attendants bt their job is so strenuous. And they do it with a smile!
I always like indigo the most! They never disappointed me during my active flight experience between 2014 to 2019 end. I used to fly between metros almost every weekend
Me too same...Actually I got missed up my flight to come to Srilanka from Delhi...The airport staff helped me a lot with a reasonable price to book another nearly flight to come to Srilanka...Also I had only INR 200 in my hand...One of the airhostess offer me a sandwich for free of charge...Indigo is one of the best flight service in the world...Also a staff with having a great humanity...
Yesterday i travel with indigo now they are selling food on flight feels like are bad bcoz if someone can afford and someone not then not good. They charged same price like vistara but vistara service is really good
I was on my casual night walk near the railway track. suddenly I stumbled upon a heart-stopping scene: the train was approaching to the five elephants. Without a moment to spare, I whipped off my red t-shirt, wrapped it over the torch, and used it as a red signal 🛑 to stop the train. Then I dashed towards the elephants to make the safe path. after that I managed to lead all five elephants to safety, and the train passed safely. It was a harrowing ordeal, but in the end, my quick thinking and decisive action saved lives and prevented a tragedy under the cover of that night.

For all the countless PASSENGERS who have suffered humiliation/ treatment at the hands of such crew I will HAPPILY BACK THEM. Just because this girls are good looking and can speak English many of them think they are far superior to most of the population of our nation.
@@kingrabbit1125 till now I have never faced anything such.. so I really can't say anything, but I have seen countless arrogant passengers so I can surely comment on that.. and recent incident of Indigo was cherry on top.. ths unruly passengers deserve it. Also I never said they are saint..

Routes provided are suitable for me like direct flight from dammam to Hyderabad. Flights are on time. Catering or food service is the worst as they don't have any oven on board to keep the food hot. Seats also not comparable to other flights.
I am an international traveller. Indigo cabin crew is like programmed robots. They are always hard faced, never helpful and spend more time with their make-up kits than with passengers. The irony is, I hear them announcing "Indigo's award winning service" which I always laugh at.

IndiGo pilots need more training on how to land the aircrafts smoothly. We traveled 6 times all over India in IndiGo and flights landed with sudden jerk thud and shake. It can cause damage to the aircrafts and even health of passengers. We fly all over the world and based in the US. All aircrafts land without even passengers realizing flight have landed. That shows the experience and technical skills of the Pilots. So IndiGo pilots need to learn and improve on smooth landings.
Correct, IndiGo has very inexperienced pilots. Landings are terrible experience. It reflects on bad management at IndiGo. Cabin crews are service oriented.

Indigo staff never treat kids with so much love.. once i was travelling with my 2yr kid and the guy who checks boarding pass asked me to handover my kids pass to her n asked the kid to cross the gate as she was jus 2yrs old she cudnt do it in xact given time n hurt her eye.. i almost felt she lost her eye.. eye became swollen n red for almost 2days..i even said baby is too small to understnd.. he dint value my words n forced me by sayin v hav to go by rules.. soo are these useless people.. dey dont even undrstnd kids limitations... useless staff in indigo airlines

There are lots of institutions which provides course for air hostess but beware of some fake institutions.Only qualification 12th is needed with some spoken English.If you have the dignity you should try once,but as for me it's not at all a good job as it seems from outside,full of risk...life & death
