40:14 Sorry. It should also work to Koreans. But those photos Alex Webb took during the tour won't attract me at all. Alex became one of those weekend photographers of Korea when he did his work in Korea. There must be something missing. When one has to be called master or something, s/he should show and take LOCAL viewers 'somewhere else they've never been/seen before' in their country. But Alex failed it on me Korean, with his photo frame. (FYI, I've been amazed by his photos taken in other countries until I watched this show produced by arirang TV the conservative broadcast station).
About the mural wings, it has no special meaning. When an estranged or newly developed-to be district sets a theme for the region, artist (including just students) gathered or hired to paint the murals on a wall. Wings were easy and typical object for the artists to draw in an instant hour (as they are ordered to finish in a certain period of time) with insufficient paint and not-much-creative mind. Mural wings are all over the nation. Easy non-creative job.
