This was surprisingly well written though, especially in comparison to Twilight. It's still YA off course, but I like the world building and the characters. Movie kinda butchered everything though. Made it very bland and the shiny cars? No such thing in the book

Yeah those were built like tanks. A close family friends mother owned one and we used to call it the beast. You could hear it coming down the road due to its radiator fan being so loud. My cousins dad (my uncle) rolled a Volvo V70 Estate at 75 MPH. It rolled 4 times and stayed on it roof. He had a few bruises and cuts from flying glass but otherwise was unhurt. He put it down to Volvos uncompromising safety in their cars safety systems. He said when he stopped and opened his eyes he seen airbags were coming out of places he didn’t even know there were there 😂. If you’re going to crash a car a Volvo is the car to be in.
