In Honor and Remembrance of our Sister Jackie 

"If we had more Jackies in the world, it would be a better place." You couldn't be more right about that. RIP Aunt Jackie.

This touched my heart so much. In the past year, I've lost nearly everyone. I'm only 39. I've lost my mom, grandmother, and grandfather. My grandparents pretty much raised me, but losing my mama has to be the hardest thing I've ever dealt with. These are the three people that unconditionally loved me, believed in me, and never gave up on me. My mother's death was someone sudden. She was type 2 diabetic. She went in the hospital in June 2023, and had to do dialysis. She kept getting better and going to rehab and then her vitals would slip and she'd end up back in ICU. The last time it happened in rehab, they told her there was nothing that they could do and she would need to go home on dialysis. They gave her a timeline of 3 weeks to a month to live. In an even more evil twist of fate, the same day, dialysis stopped working at all and so the 2nd choice in the beginning came to the forefront. Go home on hospice. They told her that she could still try and go home on dialysis and it could possibly work again. However, she was tired. She herself chose to go home on hospice with the knowledge that the doctors told her that she would probably not make it more than 1-3 weeks. We got 2 1/2 days. She passed away on the 3rd morning. We were devastated. We got no time with her. It just happened so very fast. She was only 59. Please know that my heart is with you. I know the devastation you must be feeling and living because I'm haunted by it every single day. All my love, I'm so very sorry. 🤟🤟

It’s so sad to think that Jackie could’ve been saved if the hospital staff wasn’t so lackadaisical with her condition according to your son Jesse. Nobody deserves to be robbed of a family member especially in such an irresponsible manner. Hope you guys find peace soon after suffering such a devastating loss of your sister-in-law/sister. RIP Jackie 🪦🕊️

She was loved by many more than she could probably ever imagine. You could just tell she had the most beautiful soul. May she rest in peace❤

I’ve had an immense loss in my family as well. My cousin was killed in Brooklyn back in October. I will say this…. It still hurts, it’s hard, and Jeff you’re right. It’s never easy.

It's tough to lose a sibling, My mom lost 2 siblings in her life.And it's really hard knowing that they are gone. The memories are always what keeps us going and keeps them alive.
