Depends on the country you reside in. Some countries it may be the top 20%, others 10%

I'd say for Singapore, the top 10% with general ease, the top 20% pretty comfortably but with a slight pinch, and if they really wanted to stretch it for the one time experience, the top 40% possibly with some effort. That of course, also depends on how much they're burning on daily luxuries generally. A govt officer at the staff-executive levels could take home a 10 - 15K SGD bonus in a year, pre-pandemic. Their managers easily earn 50% on top of their pay, so you're looking at 15 - 22k SGD in bonuses in a year. We haven't even breached the directors and chief ranks.

Rich people really do become neurotically self-indulgent. This is a great example and they take themselves so seriously. $4,500 per night on this thing floating through a very ordinary waterway with an interior that is somewhat styled like a barn? Get a life!
