Call Houston marine and ask for their license expert. She is only 1 of 2 in the entire US that the USCG actually classifies as an expert. I’m on my 6th issue and never waited more than 28 days.
That's awesome! They are great people. A couple of us used their books for getting our 3rds when we were hawsepiping! People who use MM-SEAS software are getting through in about 4-9 weeks with 6.2 being the average with perfect applications on their own!
