The Wayans brothers were not on in living color, it was actually their show. They created it, one of them hosted it, a couple of them acting skits, and one of their sisters was one of the writers in the show. Also, Carrie wasn't the joker in the Batman sequel, he was the Riddler.
@@moe92870 I am serious, and don't call me "Really".😁 Actually seriously though, I'm a Gen-X Canadian who grew up listening to George Carlin and Bill Cosby albums, so I knew and loved Jim Carrey's stand-up before I ever saw him in a movie, and "Once Bitten" was the first one I saw, probably around thirteen.
He was on In Living Color from 1990-1994. I guess he left the show to make movies since Dumb and Dumber, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, and The Mask all came out in 1994.
It certainly wasn't . He was on a TV show in 1984 called The Duck Factory and he was on The Tonight Show With Johnny Carson as well as Letterman , he was on Canadian TV as far back as 1981 . He'd already costarred in a fairly well known film in 1985 Once Bitten .
@@bryanobrien2726 You are sooo right! I misspoke. "In Living Color" was NOT Jim Carrey's first television appearance. It was my first time SEEING HIM on television, It's more accurate to say that: "MY debut television VIEWING of Jim Carrey was on the show , 'In Living Color'. " Once again: YOU were right!! (let it be known that: "He Was RIGHT!!!) Here is your cookie. 🍪
@@busterheine3806 Unfortunately there were six people that read that , probably believed it , and thumbs up-ed it before I corrected it . I'm not a nitpicky person , but that was all misinformation .
In living color was such a part of my childhood. Half the Wayans family was on it and of course Jim Carrey. Bruce Almighty is hilarious and Me, Myself and Irene was filmed in my home town! Most of it.
Trust me cover any of the "Men on" skits they are hilarious. "Men on Cooking" and "Men on Films" are both great. Also this was Jennifer Lopez's best role as a fly girl (dancer).
Just guessing by Ash's reaction but you are in for a treat Dave with The Boondock Saints. As for my favorite Carrey movies I would have to say Bruce Almighty, Liar Liar and Dumb and Dumber as I prefer his comedic roles.
The "You attacked me wrong" thing is quite a dig at Karate and so true too. I went to school with a guy that was the Under 18/19 British Champion. He got battered in a local bar, apparently the people there attacked him wrong. I also did Tae Kwon Do for a period but quit after a year or so, this was not out of the blue but the 2nd instructor who was perhaps a 2nd/3rd dan was geared up to do a display for us kicking fruit of swords (Why I do not know) anyway you can guess what happened when his fleshy foot and that sword got to close together. Karate is keep fit, it is not self defense.
I had a dog that had a fairly common bacteria that made his feet smell like popcorn or corn chips. The bacteria transferred to my feet. Occasionally my feet would smell like his. So you could try that as a solution to stinky feet. I DID NOT TRY TRANSFERRING THE BACTERIA TO MY OTHER STINKY PARTS. But I do wonder if there’s a market for corn scented bacterial deodorant.
I personally think that's a guy thing i normally get shorts when get a hole in them are giblets are snug just right and then my wife she goes and throws my shorts away so I have to go get more underwear every single time😢
