Yes why are they not giving us the names? May it be because we will go and read it ourselves if we knew how to find it, costing them all that juicy ad revenue?
The answer is [magic] very complicated to [maker:] tell you [how to] because [create] any and all mentions [magic] of it [in another] vanish for some reason [world] Because a certain someone doesn't like it to spread INTENTIONALLY :|
You could say the translation is funny in a way that MC is using a word for "sorcery," while the goblins and fairies are "supernatural creatures". Not that I know what the original characters are, so it's just conjecture.
@@danrob5876 might actually be translation error. Afterall, Japanese words are harder to translate and the word "magic" have too many synonym, yet the translator chooses the most generic term.
Goblins in that world are more rapey than anything. What they did to his sister is why he's obsessed with killing them all. You'd think the entire kingdom would help him but see him as weird.
Can we just appreciate for a second just how much of a walking W their father is? Their mother too. Usually, a father is only this good as part of a plot device to give the mc motivation when the author decides to kill off the family in the first couple chapters. It's refreshing.
I can't be the only person that thought he was gonna try using his "magic" to heal his mother? Either way...the kid is becoming a legend in the making and doesn't even realize it..next part PAAALEEEEZ! hahaha 😅
How about: “an ordinary fella who knows all about living in the wild, in another world, and just develops everything further than the rest of the world”? Would have similar vibes as *Drifters*
He clearly means that MC touched the goblin and it died, it's unknown to him, and even the MC doesn't really know what he's doing with it yet. Also the sister got smacked with a backhand and was out of the fight, so it's not just swordsmanship, but also several other factors. Would you call being fit and healthy, or being in a group, or able to use combat tactics dangerous? These are all things the father used to kill a magical creature.
@@jaymzraulfin2227 then word it properly "anything that can one hit kill a magical creature" Cause from how it worded, even a flow of water is dangerous. "he clearly means", he wasnt clear at all. He is worried about a thing that literally saved his family and village from being a slaughterfeast when his almighty swordsmanship training cant even do anything to protect anyone.
It takes multiple people to kill 1 goblin, even with swordsmanship. "Anything" sounds like he meant 1 thing powerful enough to do it on it's own. Like here, they don't really understand magic so it's reasonable that they think he can easily kill 1 at age 6 what it would take multiple adults to do he could grow so strong he could fight an army when he grows up, while no matter how good someone gets at swordsmanship they couldn't do the same.
10 grown and trained men killing 2 goblins in a tough fight with swords 1 literal child instantly killing 1 goblin by themself with magic One of these things is certainly not like the other
What i dont get is that they have no concept of the word "magic" but categorize faires and goblins under "magical Creatures". Also that first scene with the goblin is genuinely terrifying
Indeed, probably the term used can be more acuratly translated to "mystical creatures" but i have no idea what the original text is so that is just a hard guess
in Asia, magic is 2 words. In JP, it is Ma (demon, mana, etc.) Hou (a way, a style, system, etc). And magical creature is also 2 words, Ma (same) Mu/Mono in JP (animal, a thing, etc.) It is why Demon king is MaOh, Oh measn king. Demon Being is MaJin (Buu), Jin mean man.
and there's another who died from shock or heart attack because he was an out of shape Hiki-NEET who thought a girl would be hit by a slow moving farming tractor. he also pissed himself when he died, and the paramedics laughed at him. even the goddess who reincarnates him, laughed at him.
My grimiore is a work in progress, but would like to develop a hybrid necromancy plant magic to resurrect dead flowers. Seems anything I try to grow simply dies. Had mixed results, and zombie flowers are something of a headache.

I get that the plot needs the kid to awaken his magical ability, but if a goblin is trying to break into your house with everyone inside and yet almost no one is armed, that's kind of a hole. It's a village full of people who cook and garden regularly, which means plenty of sharp pokey tools for self-defense.
So while the majority of isekai/fantasy comics all have worlds filled with magic where everyone or almost everyone can use. This isekai comic looks to be a world where magic exists but not for humans, so i wonder if this is a comic about the first ever human to harness magic and become the first human mage
