@@xoxolorae Also, finding people who learn how to be your friend versus wanting you to be the friend they want you to be, is so hard! But once you find those people, it is an amazing feeling.

I enjoyed this chat sooo much. I can relate to alot to what you shared. I think post covid life has solidified a”new normal” for what socialization means to many. For overtly social people, they are everywhere now taking advantage of life which is awesome. For introvert-extroverts, it’s either no socializing or very little and recharging is prioritized, which is what I went thru. I was constantly “on” prior to 2020 expending my social bandwidth constantly. When we quarantined my soul recharged, and I felt like I could breathe. Life is different now for me, but I do enjoy small and simple outings with friends which are rare (coffee, lunch, a walk, shopping). They mean so much to me. Quality over quantity all the way 💗

I’m late to the party on this video but if you haven’t already read Dune. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve read it since I was in middle school. You won’t regret it. Absolute genius!

The Kardashian-Jenner hate is overrated. Yes they are out of touch because they’re rich. Hate following/watch is so weird and you’re just giving them publicity by doing so. Honestly I enjoy the fashion aspect that they bring to the industry. They’re all gorgeous women overall with a lot of influence so I appreciate that. But I’m also not super into them because of their business practices. They’re here to stay and they’re just gonna get richer, lol.

Exactly, it's also just popular to HATE on the Kardashians. At any given time, if you talk to someone on the street, they will probably scoff if you bring them up. I understand the superficialness they bring to our society, but having BBLs and lip injections and being mega rich is nothing new. There are far FAR worse people to hate on.

I've been saying this for years! If people hate them so much then stop talking about them lol I don't see how anyone else on social media is different from them aside from they are successful at making money from their own marketing.
