Omg I totally worked on my journal while watch-listening this and it was exactly what I needed 😅 Thanks for being so transparent with us. Shopping addiction I also noticed is prevalent with ADHD. I noticed that with loved ones. Hyper fixation for sure. Learning about these things to support my friends and family is so helpful. So proud of you for overcoming debt and tackling that! These are lessons learned and I think you come out very knowledgeable on finances and your own habits even.💗

It’s such a struggle sometimes but I also love hearing how supportive you are to your loved ones 🥺 I think alot of times it’s easy for people to judge and I’ve heard comments (in real life) about how terrible I am with my money. It’s hard to explain the whole adhd aspect also because a lot of older adults think it’s for children. So much stigma around all that so i’m just glad I can share it here!
