President and owner of In-N-Out, Lynsi Snyder, joins KCAL News anchor Jamie Yuccas at the In-N-Out "Museum" to talk about her journey owning the popular burger joint.
Please don’t ever sell. We love the wholesomeness of the company, employees and knowing it’s a consistent product at each location. Your staff are great people and genuinely care for each customer.
My two daughters, their cousins and extended families have worked for In-N-Out for years at the Las Vegas locations. Two the cousins are Store Managers, one is a District Manager, and the rest are up and comers in their own rights. In-N-Out takes care of their employees by paying a real living wage, as long as you wish to work, there is always a place within the organization. I hope that this will always remain a family business, because you just know if some big corporation were to buy them out it would no longer be, In-N-Out…
People knock in-n-out fries because they are used to oil drenched, preservative filled fries from other places....McDonald's, jack in the box, carls ect fries are are delivered in boxes from a warehouse where in-n-out fries are FRESH cut as you order....keep it up in-n-out
@@evanfinch4987 no it doesn't. I've been to both in and out and everybody tries to compare it to Whataburger. What a burger stunk. Had cold burgers both times I went to a Whataburger. The locations were different. In and out in 35 years of eating there I've never had a bad burger
No one is perfect. Was she lucky, yeah, somewhat. But she steered the company philosophy the best way she could. As the owner she could have sold out to major public corporations which could have made her a multi-billionaire several times over. In-N-Out has made many millionaires in the process and so many workers that make 100k+ easily. So she deserves any wealth because of that.
It's crazy how they never raise prices but the quality of the food stays the same. The stores are always super clean inside and out even when I'm in the drive thru wrapped around the back of the stores where the trash cans are located. The white paint near the trash cans is always white which is find amazing since the store has been there for like 30 years. They must repaint it every 6 months
Lynsi's Grandfather shared a story about when Grandma took her to the market and she threw a tantrum about wanting a balloon. As soon as she was outside she let the balloon go into the air. Angrily her grandmother asked why she did that and Lynsi replied "I wanted Daddy to have a balloon too"! 😢😢❤❤Grandma lost it, just like everyone that hears the great story of a wonderful family!❤
When I do go out to a fast-food place, and that's not very often anymore, the only place I go to is IN-N-OUT. It's the only place I myself trust because of its wholesome atmosphere, the studious and clean appearance of the kids working there, and the overall friendliness of the entire crew from the time I walk in and order, to the time I leave with their awesome food. Truly a gem among gems. 🙏✝
It's not just the burgers that makes Inn n out stand out it's so much more. I still remember my first visit to Inn n out. 1986 in Torrance, CA with my month one of the best memories of my life. I share the same memories with my kids. It's a special place. ❤
Omg…I grew up in BALDWIN PARK. THE IN-N-OUT ON FRANSQUITO was our hang out‼️ so many fond memories. There was another one on the other side of town if no one was there, we’d go to the other one but rarely we loved IN-N-OUT FRANSQUITO‼️‼️♥️💞♥️. Still enjoy eating our IN-N-OUT HAMBURGERS . .To this day‼️♥️♥️♥️🕊️🙏🕊️
Canadian Here……I was at the NHRA Winternationals in Pomona, CA March 2024 and In and Out are now the Primary sponsors of the Pomona Drag Strip. Their presence at the event was impressive…multiple semi trailer Cook and prep trucks with their regular non-inflated prices and the same smiling faces of In and Out Associates. An absolute first class organization that values personal relationships…plus the food is always great! LLLLOVE In and Out…..never change…..
My grandfather knew him and he used to give out i think wood coins for free burger when they played golf ! My mom used to get them, they lived in Pasadena !moms 90 now and remembers it well !😊
My family loves here. I think not selling is one of the biggest reason why they can keep the best quality ever. The best part of this interview is Lynsi's "no" answer to the question. ❤
We went for burgers on Wednesday in Mountain View CA.. We had the most perfect meal in a few years.!! No line at 5pm.... served in 5 minutes. The frys were awesome..!!! Double Double Animal...YUMMMYYY
First time I listen to her story, she is amazing and at a young age to be so humble.. you go girl.. Can I be one of your managers? I would rock and make you proud!! Not my field but I love the story
God loves to help slaughter millions of cattle to help feed your hunger. He continues to bless these animals on a daily basis. He also makes sure that In N Out never freezes the carcass either. He tells the dairy farmer to steal the baby calf away from its mother too so that milk can be provided to us humans for your delicious In N Out milkshakes. Mmm mmm good. Those calves will serve a purpose to God as well by providing "Veal" (such a nice friendly word) to friendly humans all over this great nation. The best part about In N Out is that if you look closely in the bottom of the drink cups it's says, "John 3:16". God really loves In N Out and all of it's customers. God Bless everyone and those long lines in the drive thru. God Blessed In N Out and it shows 😊
Your father would be so proud, I enjoyed growing up on Easley Canyon in Glendora and riding in your dads Cobra and helping your mom around the house. Your family has always been such humble and loving people, and you have grown up to not only be a leader for the business, but an inspiration to all young woman.
Was at the first In and Out in 1948 coming back to Pomona from LA and my father stopped in Baldwin Park to feed us. Moved to Texas 7 years ago and have In and Out here.
Wow i get it now. When you treat your people good and you sell quality food. People love that. It really shows. Also it reminds of the golden era in America. The way they have kept the values core to the company! Absolutely beautiful to see that! I hope she stays blessed and her family as well!
My family ate at Baldwin Park In-N-Out in early 50's, so this video has brought such wonderful memories!!!! Almost 80 now I still enjoy my In-N-Out burger 😊
She does a great job running the company with customer service and not changing much. Don't understand why they tore down the original stand in the middle of the night, just to build a replica!
Dfair.....I think you're the one who doesn't get it! I lived in the area when it happened and the company was heavily criticized for coming in at night and tearing down the original, which preservationists were trying to save. I love the way she runs the company, but that was a dark stain on their history. I think they meant it is right off the 10 freeway. Imminent domain has in many cases been a legal way of stealing peoples property without their consent. Not a fan of it!.....LOL
@@f.w.2054 we’re both correct kinda - just found this article and yes they got a lot of slack for tearing it down but later replied in 2011: “It wasn’t even the oldest existing In-N-Out Burger,” Van Fleet said. “The oldest existing restaurant is in Pasadena. The original In-N-Out restaurant (is nearby and) came down when the 10 freeway was built. That original site is roughly where the overpass support mound is.” In-N-Out said it tore down the building and drive-through because it was in bad shape.
The right path is that the carcass is never frozen, so you the customer get fresh warm, cow carcass. God would never want his animals to be frozen for that is sacrilegious. From slaughterhouse to your mouth. That's God's way.
Here I am in Minnesota, waiting for an In-N-Out sighting in MN that's never going to happen. Got to give respect to a chain staying true to its beliefs yet seems to rank at the top of every national "Top 10 burger" list I've seen.
Yay in and out burger mmmmmmm I love it ❤🎉it’s so good i have to go out of state to get some good burgers 🍔 lol thank you 🙏🏾 in and out for good food keep up the best work always have a blessed years ahead 👍🏾💯🏆💐🍔
I use to go to one of their original locations (like in the black and white photo in the beginning) it was just a drive thru shack in Pasadena Ca. In the early sixties. I remember their large flower dusted buns large iceberg lettuce leaves great sauce and fresh ground chuck hamburgers!! Delicious!!🙏
I enjoyed walking to in n out as a kid when it wasnt a fad (70s/80s)~I could order my food, sit and wait in peace. I dont frequent the establishment anymore, to hyped and lost its edge. But i respect the family values she has continued and her appreciation for her employees.
Love In-N-Out!!! I lived in Seattle for a while for work, and the people up there HATE anything California, L.A. especially, they really hated In-N-Out, Hollywood…..they liked Disneyland though. 🤔🤷🏼♂️🤔🤷🏼♂️
As we don't have them back east, when I'm in Dallas I try to go at least once. Some of the Texas boys swear by that What-a-Burger chain. I did a comparison the last time I was there, the burgers were remarkably close in taste to my surprise. The atmosphere and employees at IN-N-Out was off the charts compared to What A Burger. Other chains should take note! Bring them to Virginia! $9.90 at In, $12.85 at What.......
