I didn't review the printers individually, since they all pretty identical. But I did a how to for Phomemo printing process. So if you get stuck... maybe you can tell me how well the How To video is.
Hello Adrian. I don't have that model any more right now. I have 3 questions: 1. Was that the tattoo printer or regular thermal printer? 2. Is it saying anything about the brand on the printer or packaging? 3. Do you use iPhone or Adroid? Regardless of what thermal printer it i, it always needs an app. Depending on the manufacturer, the app is "Phomemo" or "Sharpfox" or "HerePrint". Phomemo is most likely. Then, you have to prepare what you want to print. If it is a document, then convert it into a PDF file. If it is a picture, leave it as picture. Then you will have to send it to your phone. This can happen via email, or other ways. Then you will open the picture or document on your phone. If you have an iPhone you will click on the round arror, to go into the share setting. If its Adroid, there should be a share button too. Then you scroll to the very right of the applications and click on the 3 dots. Then you scroll down in the new application window, and select "Phomemo". Then the Phomemo App opens, and you follow the instructions in the app. Start the thermal printer. Once you have the document open in the Phomemo app, you click on the print icon, then again on the print icon, and then you click on the printer, that is hopefully automatically connected. Then you put the paper in your printer, and it will start printing. Let me know if this helped you.
