In Switzerland??? How do you explain this? Lugano, Ticino, Switzerland!

Right here on Lugano Lake, in the city of Lugano, you can find a "temple" dedicated to our own George (Gorgio Washington) and not far from it a huge Sequoiadendron giganteum, also known as the giant sequoia, giant redwood or Sierra redwood! How did this tree get here? How old is it? Why is there as statue of George Washington here on the Lake promenade in Lugano? Find out in this video!

Frank that's awsome. Love of the USA 🇺🇸 is why I'm a Army veteran 12 bravo combat engineer . And why I'm proud to work for the Pennsylvania game commission. I swore an oath to the constitution 2 different times. Im 100 percent proud of our constitution and my country GOD BLESS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. 🇺🇸. I wanted to volunteer to go to the Ukraine. But Beth flipped out. I was trained to fight Russians. Not afraid to fight. But because of Beth I didn't go. I hope what im admitted doesn't lessen our friendship. When I lived in Vancouver B.C. I drove the coast Hwy thru Washington, Oregon and into California a few times and visited the Humboldt Redwood state park. British Columbia has its share of huge trees but not as impressive as the Giant California Redwoods. So that tree has been there for almost 175 years. I see you are proudly wearing your Hoodie in this video !! 😀

I've thought about doing exactly this with a Redwood seed in Missouri, where I live. Be funny to see this giant towering over the local trees.

Hi there here in Lucerne, central Switzerland, we have also some Redwoods, not very tall at all, but we have about 3 or 4 of them, around 100-150 years old.. Unfortunately we haven't a memorial from Georgio W.

George Washington was one awsome and very brave man. Just think what they would have done to him if we had lost our fight aginst the British. My family ancestors fought in the revolution war. The british found out the hard way about Pennsylvania long rifles. THEY are not Kentucky rifles. They were carried there. God bless teacher your the best. 😊😊😊
