I was thinking you could use blue painters tape and a marker to label the actual shelves so you or others know where to put things back. Then you can declutter within those categories while on the shelves. It’s a great feeling when I have decluttered items I don’t use to make it simple to access and organize what I do use. And you have space for more that you do use! I’m so jealous that you live in the woods AND close to the ocean. Just seeing the woods everyday must be healing. Thanks for the great video.

Snowing seriously here third day in a row. I have been on fine tuning cleaning and org as the weather will not cooperate! My little house is extremely plain and simple ( except for those books!)

Yes that was my Dyson I was using. Use the long pole without an attachment! I got that sweater on clearance this week at Walmart for $7!! Have a great Sunday! 🌸💝🌸

I think it´s great that you have everything your kids need when they come to visit. My mom and I´m the same way. I have most of my kids toys down in the basement in clear containiers - ready for future grandkids. 😍 Hugs and have a nice week! 🥰

Large metal shelves are more versatile bc the shelves can be adjusted to accommodate different size boxes and the shelves are wider.

they hide half their stuff! there's no way everything fits in uniform boxes. do what works for you. I would leave the dublos in their bag. sand toys in their own bag since they are dirty.

As long as it works for you. We had a pizza place that said they didn't deliver to our address. We saw their vehicle drive by and called. Got them to agree that we were in their delivery area. Not sure that was a good idea for our bank account. 😂

Karen! I pray you had a beautiful Palm Sunday! The storage totes look great, very organized. I also prefer the clear totes to store things. I love the jumbo sized bags! I wondered how big they would actually be and I am glad you showed us. 😁 I have bought the XL size and have used those to store extra comforters and blankets. Just a thought- what if you took the big kids items like the stroller, chairs, etc and put it in one of the jumbo bags to keep it dust free and clean? You could do the air mattresses in one also. You can still put the bag on the top shelf and it would all be contained. 🤔 Anyhoo, I am glad you were able to spend time with your family. 😊 I like the new wheels! 😁 I opted for a midsize truck when we needed to get another vehicle a few years ago and I still love it. I have had a sedan, sports car, a mini van, a SUV, and now my truck. It’s funny how we have to change vehicles (houses, furnishings, etc) as our life changes. 🤷‍♀️😜 Thank you for sharing great inspirational and motivational content this week. It always helps me to see how someone else has organized their stuff. I hope it’s warming up for y’all, we are in the 70’s & mid 80’s this coming week. 😊 Looking forward to your next video. When downsizing happens, often travel does as well. Grandparents go to the children instead of them visiting grandparents. Big adjustment.

The bath chair folds up. The top and bottom fold into the middle. And then pop out the supports from the stand and it lays flat. The cover is machine washable too

Hi Karen! If you take the bulky toys and put them in a tote (without the lid on) on top of the tote on top shelf(make a second row of totes up there) it´s all collected, can be taken down together and wount fall if you take out other stuff from the shelf. If you use the hight that way you can keep more on the shelves. All those kids chairs/seats aso can fit in one tote if you think verticaly when you put them in, samt with the beddings and then you just take the whole tote down when you want one of them. The air mattresses and other stuff in that category can also be in a bin or two. Nothing will fall of the shelves that way and grouped together it´s easier to find. If you have (mostly) totes on the shelf it will look more put together and not so bissy. That is the trick ppl with Pintrest pretty storage use 😉

@@ThisMainerMom : ) It´s intreresting and fun to se you revisit and go over your stuff again and again. it shows how you grows in decisions, re-evaluate both stuff and space and it can also help others to understand that decluttering and storing isn´t a one time fix thing, it needs maintaining.
