The game is really great! Rahdo you were absolutly right! Got my deluxe version a few day ago. Really great stuff from Burnt Island Games again! I love their inlays to perfectly store all the materials - again as good as already used with Endeavo(u)r! I look forward for more fantastic games from that publisher....

Reminds me a lot of the kings guild. Same retirement. But with tetris. Intrigued by the solo/coop..

I played this for the first time a few games ago. Really good game. Tons of little opportunities. Absolutely one of those games where, after you finish, your brain buzzes about what other tactics and tricks might work best etc.

This may be the first game I back on Kickstarter. I've been nervous to spend money on something that may not be produced but I loved Endeavor: Age of Sail and wish I had backed the deluxe version of it instead of buying a retail version. Great video!

I wouldn't be afraid of that. Of cause their is the risk. And that's why have to communicate that. I have dozens of KS under my belt. And endeavor was one of smoothest campaigns.... If you still not sure and you don't need the deluxe version you can always wait for the retail version

Out of the blue saw this game on Amazon for 30 bucks and it had prime delivery so I figured why not. Looking forward to trying it out this weekend.

You have added to my excitement for the game -- getting closer to backing it. I do have a question: how would you rate the player interaction? Much like my wife and I, you and Jen seem to value interaction -- and not the cutthroat type. Thanks!

i haven't played or seen the 2p side of the board, which will no doubt heighten players bumping into each other. in our play, we found it happening a bit at the end, but otherwise not much

Board should have modular parts though, for replayability, think lionheart.

Some people are saying that are afraid to back this game because it doens't have replayability. What do you think about it? The puzzles will fall the same after some plays? Will one know the recipe to play everytime one begins on the same spot?

that makes no sense to me. you always dig tunnels yes, just like in ticket to ride you always lay track. i've never heard anyone complain about lack of replayability there. in this game, the changes brought about by the combination of spells is pretty significant, as well as what workshop you end up getting...

also, your starting position doesn't define your strategy, your starting draw of cards does (i.e. what stuff your trolls generate) as well as what's available to recruit (might not be the pedestals you need, for instance, which radically changes how you go after points

Yes you're right, buildings should be unique. More interesting.
