Clarify something for me, his entire caloric intake was 850 calories, the average man needs far more than that to sustain a healthy body weight/nutritional balance, how is possible that he maintains his weight and works out with such limited caloric intake?
I am so glad that Rocco reformed himself. I love the way his food is combined well and conforms to some of the Body Ecology guidelines. Go Rocco! It is so great to see all those vegetables. A bit more olive oil wouldn't hurt though. He is a bit thin. Banning sugar and bad fats works way better than prescriptions.
