I'm pretty sure there's literal dozens of storylines, but I'm pretty sure an UNGOC loss would only happen in SCP-5000 or when day breaks esc scenarios, considering how embedded they are into the worlds governments and their strength compared to the rest of the anomalous community. SCP-5000 is basically the SCPF doing a teensy tiny amount of genocide due to humanity having emotions they think should be erased btw.
imagine when the scp foundation soldiers enters through the broken walls, the bleeding and almost fallen gocs agents just start to attack them with their own hands and with everything they have
This is exactly what happened with the site 13 incident where in that dimension, the SCP foundation didn’t have enough funds to contain anomalies and the goc raided the SCP foundation and won because of the SCP foundation’s lack of funding
The monster inside the combined human consciousness was so horrific that the SCP decided that the best way to protect humanity was to kill humanity. They never strayed from their core mission in the events of SCP-5000. And that's terrifying.
Wrong, the "Monster" was the fact that humans were always meant to be immortal gods, and never meant to feel pain, so Foundation tried exterminating pain and death in general
@@walnzell9328 it is indeed 100% what happened my friend, they literally say it in the file lmao, how slow are you, sure the uh "God" part is an over exaggeration but I'm saying the fact that they weren't ever meant to feel pain, nor die. Or it could be the suit that has a Cognitohazardous property, but it is 100% not some lazily written stuff like what you did, and they aren't protecting humanity, if they were they would not attack the UNGOC whatsoever
calmest day in a GOC-owned base in scp 5k (only 44 thousand deaths out of the 63 thousand workforce, thats way less than last week's total of 91 thousand!)
Ive been listening to a lot of this kinda stuff, Historyfeels, Richthofen, and now this is going on my playlist. Im writing a compilation of short stories. A book, maybe, about war and death among other things. Big focus right now is this one guy's military service though.
(Templar priest member of the GOC): “no, I know the horror of which you speak, the evils of free will and the pain of humanity, but you presume to make a choice that has already been made, six thousand years ago with the very creation of the world, the Lord knew that, when presented with the choice, humanity would choose knowledge of good and evil, and he knew all the abominations we would commit and experience, but even with all the evils mankind can produce, God decided that denying free will was a greater evil still, I look on my life and I see all the pains I have experienced, all the losses, all the horrors I have experienced and combated, but also all the good, the simple joys of simply being kind and helping my fellow human beings, and I have weighed these things against one another and decided, God was right, free will is worth the suffering, something you soulless abominations will never understand”
A organization once devoted to containing the supernatural and protecting the humanity suddenly decides to destroy humanity using the supernatural. This is the final stand of an organization dedicated to destroying the supernatural.
To all of our Global occult coalition allies, who fought side by side with us. It was an honor. Only now, as the anomlies we once used invade our base, and slaughter our troops, does the chaos Insurgency admit defeat. This world never wanted us. But know this. We will be back. Even if we havebto crawl threw the deepest pits of hell, we will prevail.
If you think, the scp foundation and GOC would logically never destroy eachohters, they have the same goal in different but reached in different ways: Protect humanity at all cost by containing them or killing them. One canon that i partruculary like is the one of the sheets of paper, were, basically the O5s are the ones creationg anomalies to maintain the control over thre world.
For so long, the Foundation protects humanity in the light as they fight off monsters lurking in the dark. You can imagine the anguish, the absolute despair on their face when they finally discover that we, the human race, are the real monsters, for we had long harboured something within us. Something dangerous. Something that should be better left unknown....to the world.... Guess we aren't that different from all the anomalies that we locked away deep within our facilities, right?
For clarifying, both the GOC and Ganzir are subjects of the "SCP Foundation". A collaborative writing website that thousands of users share the stories they have created, it is mostly centralized around the SCP Foundation and other organizations/people that interact with the supernatural. G.O.C(Global Occult Coalition) is a secret organization much like the Foundation that deals with anomalies in a different way. Ganzir is exclusively mentioned in one of the SCP stories (SCP-5000).
For extra context, Ganzir is the final stronghold of the Global Occult Coalition against the Foundation’s attempts to exterminate the human race as a whole through any means necessary, these attempts are due to an anomaly of some form likely mind controlling the 05 Council (the heads of the foundation) into issuing this order. Ganzir was used to house the surviving remnants of humanity and was expected to hold out for years if not indeffinitely except the foundation released an anonaly that caused the inhabitants of ganzir to turn on eachother and thus causing the fall of ganzir.
hot take but the fall of ganzir is just bad writing. no battle no anomaly or weapon that topples it just overnight it fell i have never heard sutch a useless example as to how humanity falls. if it were anything but the litteral last bastion which had withstood all foundation attacks then it would be chill but ngl its lazy writing
There were anomalies They were throwing alot of stuff at Ganzir, and as Pietro stated, they would have just been better off firing missiles at Ganzir. And sure, there wasnt really a huge fight but foundation agents had used a memetic phrase or whatever to kill a commander or smt and that was how Ganzir fell.
Did you even read the article? Not everything has to be explained in detail, The Battle of Ganzir only mentioned the foundation attempting to break the shield with anomalous superweapons and a Foundation agent breaking in.
