Hey! So, something you must consider is how your PAP changes when going from 1 to 2-hands. It normally will change a very big amount, which drastically affects layouts. With that said, I would suggest increasing your pin to PAP distances more, so that you don’t have any problems with the ball over-flaring and burning up. 2-handers typically like pin to PAP distances of 4 3/4” or more. So, for any balls you want to be more controllable, something like 50x5x40 would be great. Anything you want to hook more and have that hockey-stick motion would be like 65x4 3/4x25. @@FloppyPENGuinn I understand, thank you very much. Are the measurements you gave the same for symmetrical and asymmetrical balls? Which would be a better option for urethane and weak core balls, especially for short lubrication patterns? controlled movement? sharper movement?

@@noweanji Urethane is dependent on what you want to do. They’re great for short oil patterns, many exist like the purple hammer, pitch black, etc. Symmetric balls are typically going to have a sharper movement downlane, whereas asymmetric balls are smoother and roll earlier because their cores are much larger (typically). I would meet up with your local pro shop operator and have him watch you throw some balls and go over that with you to determine the exact best option for you individually

Great question. The main difference is, instead of going to the right side for the PAP, you’ll go to the left. From there, everything is the same. You’ll start out by going to the left side and you’ll want to just mirror what’s in the video
