@@KariMusic0116his skill is the scaling for his plunge (his skill is how his plunge happens and leveling up his skill increases the dmg of the plunge, leveling his normal attacks doesn’t) but the damage his skill does is considered plunging attack dmg and not skill damage. so for example, golden troupe and earth shaker don’t buff it, but xianyun and other plunge buffs do
7:19 If you talk to the npc named Ashpazi in Gandharva Ville, you can buy 5 rukkhashava mushrooms. He should reset every 3 days. Aramani near the Tree of Dreams also sells them, but the Aranyaka quest does need to be completed. I believe it also resets after 3 days. Additionally, if you talk to the nps named Farbod (found near Ashpazi) and choose the right dialogue, you can get 4 rukkhashava mushrooms (only obtainable once).
JAVA! gamings skill counts as a plunging attack so it’s bad for him but in second phase of this patch on weapon banner there will be a weapon called “fruitful hook” that increases crit rate from normal attacks charged attacks and plunging attacks!
Something funny is the fact I use Lynette as a second Xiao. Same team and all. If we ever get a sword user that lets people plunge (that isn’t Albedo’s flower), your Swords Only account would be able to do the same. Hell, if we got a 4* that could let people plunge like Xianyun does, then 4* only could do it too

10:00 gaming's burst heals him when you cast it (30% of max hp), and his A1 passive also heals him by 6% of his max hp, where his plunge makes him lose 15% hp, a net loss of 9% HP. This possibly explains why you get more plunges than you think. His C1 also makes it so you don't need a dedicated healer for gaming. edit: 13:35 gaming doesn't deal any sort of skill damage 😂, his E+plunge is considered plunge attack even though it scales of his skill talent.
For the mushrooms that Collei needs, there are 2 shops that sell 5 each every 3 days. One is in Gandharva Ville (Collei's and Tighnari's town) and another in the arana city, however that one requires a certain progression of said questline.
As a Ga Ming main who's mained him since I first got him from Lantern Rite (started playing the game this year just for him) watching this series has felt like I'm watching my early days playing genshin LOL GM's C1 actually restores some health to him but before that he essentially needs to be paired with a healer to function as a dps since he's super fragile and needs to keep his health up for his burst to be maximized. Not many people realize it but Barbara is essentially his best teammate early game since she can heal him while he's on field + procs wet on enemies so you can trigger reverse vape in close contact (also without her he'll die multiple times to random burning grass lol). I actually scraped through my ascensions tests using GM Kaeya Barbara and Xing Qiu by freezing, vaping and melting 💀 I still use Barbara to this day (ar57) and my only advice is that when using the GM Barbara pair you should take out cryo enemies on sight otherwise they'll freeze you to death

The beginning of genshin is so fun. I started a second account a few months ago, hoing to use Lynette a lot, but when I got sucrose I just stopped using her. That's the problem with early game, we get so many characters and so much world exp it's impossible to keep playing all the 4 stars
!!!Java the reason your plunging attacks stop is because when Gaming's HP falls below a certain amount the cooldown stops refreshing (Should be listed in his burst somewhere) As a result he prefers having a healer so he can use his burst for longer. Also at c0 he doesn't self-heal as much which is why it happens so fast, I hope this helps!!!
The reason you only get 2 plunges from Gaming burst is his hp. The lion will not spawn again if Gamings hp is below (i think) 50%. So having another healer is really needed for him
so, about the co-op event: i think the livestream idea is really solid, but not the only way to do it. when you join coop worlds for help or farming, i think its ok to ask the other person to only use 4 stars, but in a 4-player matchmade event, you have basically no say in what characters the other 3 want to use because few people would listen, so thats not in your control and should be ignored in favor to getting the rewards that said, i have absolutely no idea on what the event is, if its combat based or even if its matchmade lol
It's a combat event where you get paired with 3 other random people through co op (windtrace style) and you select your own chara and just go through 4 stages with buffs. Score points to get rewards Imo it's fun simply because you and your random teammates can get galaxy brained without communication (I once picked Barbara while my teammates went for Nahida Raiden and Xilonen so we ended up with hyperbloom), OR you end up with complete nonsense so you just random bullshit go your way through (once ended up with a Navia Chiori Jean team and I played as gmc lmao there was 0 reaction and synergy going on and it was stupid and funny and very fun)
11:36 You can actually just do the elemental reactions tutorial domain in Mondstadt (the Lisa domain) and it gives you some the dust used to convert the crystals so you can just do that trial which is rlly easy since its free trial characters (they’re all 4 stars so don’t worry) and convert the crystals in the future!!
He does, bc there are two conditions. You have to either jump with>50% HP (ideal, he comes back faster) or you have to hit an enemy with the plunge I believe I don't remember the exact conditions, but it's something like that
If Gaming has less than half HP, he will NOT reset his plumgimg attacks. Also, you can do a team with: Kaeya, Colei and Barbara, using EM barbara and kaeya for freeze and personal dmg
8:44 If you get hit while in the middle of the plunge in the air, it will cause it to not be able to replunge during his burst. That has happened a few times with me. Also he needs to be above 50% HP to trigger the burst's CD thing too Also Man Chai has to reconnect with Gaming to be able to do it again. Idk if you might be running from him or not without realizing it.
Honestly I'd reccommend investing in Collei's burst. It can do a lot of damage in a short amount of time and can be a good offense against the mages' shields!
I'm really worried about the floors after 5 which require two teams.. I originally thought he'd be able to claim Xiangling and collei both before going up there, now it's gonna be fun to see him suffer
Regarding Gaming’s skill not coming back, His c1 is a game changer. Gaming’s c1 allows man chai to heal him up a bit when he comes back, so you can get more plunges in. That being said, you’d probably have to wait for a rerun. But the best thing you can do right now is run him with a healer, and he is decently good in burgeon teams so you can use collei and barbara together with gaming. Team choice is all up to you tho. Then again, you said you wanted an anemo unit so you can always use Kaeya or Collei on another team
9:55 Hey! Gaming has been my favorite since I started Genshin, let me explain! Without his other ability Air of Prosperity, Gaming can't heal himself very well when he hits 50% hp, but he does heal a little as long as he's doing damage to an enemy. So sometimes his healing will bump you up to just above 50% at beastie's respawn time so you'll get an extra hit in 👍
Just one issue might happen if you played enough long with this account which is too much unused Primogems since there are so limited pull at every banner. So here's a suggestion: Every time there's a banner with all 4 star you have, you can pull as much as you want until you get a five star.
8:47 i'm pretty sure gaming's burst only summons his little guy if he's over 50% HP, but i could be reading it wrong. it's why it's preferable to run a healing over time character with him in his burst bc he doesnt heal himself enough on his own. barbara's skill is not terrible for this but hopefully you get someone with a faster tick for their healing for him haha EDIT: woops! commented before finishing the video
Java ik why ur gamings like the dogs not coming back after u do ur burst u have to go like run on the dog pick it up and after u do that u can plunge again!!!! hope this helps :3

Gaming’s plunging atks end when the duration is up or when his hp gets too low. I’m not sure the hp threshold though but it’s because you don’t have enough healing for Gaming
