Although I haven't had the privilege and honor to meet Deon Sanders personally, I find it very hard to believe that he would approve of Garcia's recent actions, but more specifically being affiliated in any way with a cheater. He cheated by missing weight in a championship fight which he agreed to make weight & did not by design. He then test positive for not one but two PED's. I am awaiting the B sample results to see if he cheated with PED's as well. In a Sport where people die Ryan Garcia cheated with his weight. Devin Haney may never recover. I have no understanding on how Ryan Garcia ended up in Coach Primes locker room or featured in Jr's video's. This is not a great look or inspiring in any way.. He didn't cheat and Haney got whooped. Period. Haney made a career of weight draining fighters and being a weight Bully. Garcia was the first time Haney fought someone his size and he got sat down 7 times. Ryan garcia didn't cheat. The test will show it was mere picograms which has zero benefit physically to a person and it will come back to a tainted supplement and exonerate ryan garcia. Happens all the time. For the past couple of weeks, Ryan has been on this wild campaign celebrating his victory over Devin Haney. Yes, it was a great win and a huge leap in his career.
