Hi Simmers! This is a tutorial on how to make an In wall fireplace and aquarium that can be viewed in 2 separate rooms without mods or CC. The fireplace can be made with just base game objects. Music from epidemicsound.com
This is why I love this game! Because you can be like everyone else and use the furniture and objects like they "should" and then there comes along a few users that find different ways to use these items to make them into something completely new and refreshing!
Do you know that in terms of tutorial, you can explain the step by step very well and clearly that leaves no confusion nor question left for me! Bravo! Thanks for sharing with us! 👏🏼
I don't know how you even came up with the idea to combine all those items. I never really play with debug too much (too tedious to search). I am impressed! I never would have thought to try this! You must have a very creative mind and a LOT of patience! :D Great job!
Oooh this WORKS! AND it's simple enough that even I understood how to do it :D Most of the time when I follow build tutorial I give up after five minutes because it's so complicated or requires tons of packs, but this tutorial really helped me! Thanks a lot!
I've always wanted to do something like this, even tried once but it did not come out right. I randomly came across your video and I am so excited!! Great work ❤❤
Awesome video! Always was wondering how that's done. Counters in the wall are actually quite easy, I use arches and the island counters or bars for that. Fits perfectly. :D
I remember leaving a comment about this so thank you so much for the tutorial! I made a counter through the wall once in an apartment but I don’t think it ended up being functional. I just put a window to the foyer instead so the sims could see who was entering. Lol
Really cool tips. Lol, funny how you seem just too tired to finish that counter situation. Regardless, I look forward too seeing what you come up with! When I tried it in that art district San Myshuno apartment, the only thing I noticed is that I couldn't set too many items on it.
Very clever. I like it a lot. I watched it on 2x the speed. If I could've watched it on 3x the speed, I would have too. I will definitely use this trick in my build. Compliments!
Sure, if you just made it and immediately want to remove it, but if you're removing it at a later date or download a house from the gallery that has a strange hole in the wall that you don't know how to fix, undo won't help.
Hi, the video is great and maybe I’m just stupid but it doesn’t let me light up the fireplace when I put down the front wall, the one where the window is. I tried it all, I only put a fireplace without logs and second fireplace and still doesn’t work. Can you help me? 😭
Those column things are not in my debug menu anywhere! I have looked for them 100 times and I swear I don't have them! What's up with that do you know?
Make sure you have entered bb.showliveeditobjects correctly. Filter for base game. Type 'toolthermometer' into search bar and click on it when it pops up, when you have clicked on it and the it shows in the objects scroll one line above and it will be the 2nd object from the right next to a fence. It is green, but you can change it's color.
