Those shops are Warren are not diverse. They are owned by NYC immigrants who cater to the NYC weekenders day trippers. Locals cannot afford them 23 percent of population live below poverty level.

So true: That rarely isn’t the reality, these communities are simply embalmed for amusement of the new wealthy,but no longer exist as authentic communities.

I love your video:)found researching area, I have taken on a stucco project of a English Gothic Revival home on Allen Street. Have not been to Hudson, coming from Harpers Ferry West Virginia to do project, excited to see the architecture of Hudson!

She didn't show you the other 95% of the town where it's completely run down. Everyone shows off Warren St (and East Allen St/Cathedral area) which is decent, but the vast majority of the city is a crime infested ghetto.

Why can’t we make beautiful things anymore?That culture no longer exists but they were our ancestors and in many ways, better people than we are today..no matter what race or earning status. We buy our sometimes Ape what they created m,but vaguely come close to who they were.
