Anyone else now intrigued about the Lavender violet rosehip infused Rib roast. Florals are often used in a lot of English dishes, especially vegetable dishes, we are a quirky bunch here in the UK. We even pickle eggs and deep fry chocolate bars

The French use lavender a lot in their desserts. Lavender macarons are divine. Not overpowering at all

When you say a third of a cup of chopped shallots, is that a third of a cup of chopped shallots, or a third of a cup of shallots, which are then chopped? Cups are so vague, using weights for ingredients is so much clearer and more consistent
