During an IRyS stream, IRyS went on a quest with Kronii to acquire Silk Touch from Ame's enchanting table after being told by Bae that Phoneixton is a deadend for that. During a later IRyS stream, Miko produced an expensive Silk Touch book from a chest in a JP server trading hall and gave it to IRyS in exchange for FLERT. Now, in this stream, Kiara gave Miko a cheap Silk Touch book from Phoenixton as a promotion for either Silky Boi or some other trader.
