The Hem Precious Chandan Incense stick smells absolutely divine! Chandan translates to Sandalwood. To me, it is the best smelling Sandalwood based Incense stick or even any type of Incense stick in the world. It smells even better than Nag Champa. The stick smells like a perfume and the Incense smoke smells like it, strong, fragrant and very aromatic. I can definitely smell the sandalwood and though I am no expert, they possibly had added other Incense type aromatics like frankincense and myrrh to a small degree to support the main Sandalwood note as well as other scents that are hard to detect because it is so well blended, that's why it smells so different and unique to other sandalwood Incense sticks. It smells of high quality, luxurious and mysterious. The best ever Incense stick, it is the one I would choose if I could only choose and keep one.
honestly couldnt stand the sandalwood, it didnt smell like how sandalwood is suppose to smell like, like how the gonesh sandalwood incense and even (when they had it out for a short bit) the caress sandalwood plus vanilla combined body soap, this incense (the hem sandalwood) smelled too much like baby powder & pine cleaner along with giving me headaches, made me feel dizzy and make my face & body feel hot & red. can i ask what does the dragon's blood and the egyptian musk from HEM smell like? thanks. 💕
You are right about the beginning, I recently started burning incense, specifically Sandalwood incense sticks by HEM, and the first two sticks smelled just like burnt wood, I thought I had make a bad purchase but with the third, I placed the stick nearby an slightly open window (I arranged it thoroughly so the outside wind wouldn't erradicate the stick's flame) and it finally smelled really good, with almost no hint of burnt wood.
any physical stores where i can buy hem incense sticks? i know amazon sells them but the shipment and taxes are more expensive than the 120 bundle i was going to buy
Check ebay and Walmart.com Also if you have any flea markets or markets like that if you have and smoke shops go there too what state are you in? Ebay usually has free shipping but check all unique markets you can go to.
@@Justmeandmythoughts55 i live in CT. I visited different smoke shops but they only sell flunteffects 12 count for 3$ to 4$ and others expensive brands. Anything online the shipment is to costly. But thanks for your help
You're welcome! I just looked on ebay amd all are FREE SHIPPING and cheap. Look to see if you have flea markets or thrift shops candle shops ask them all to see if they order them. Flea markets carry them. Google your are and the next town for flea markets or outside markets.
Sometimes the ISKCON temples would have Hem incense. There are two in Utah, I usually go to the one in Spanish Fork since I have family there, where I first started getting the Hem incense.
