My Da was Born in Dublin and raised in Inchicore on Keogh Square. Then moved to Crumlin before moving to Birmingham to send money to his Mam. He use to revisit on his return. Tough years but the bond between family and neighbours were second to none. RIP David Quigley 1939-2005💚🇮🇪💚

Im glad you enjoyed it. I lived there for 3 years, Jamestown Road. Im a keen photographer so I decided to put a video together as there wasnt one for Inchicore. I moved back to London now, but I still visit every fer months. My Uncle Tom Delaney eas born in Inchicore in 1911.... So it has roots for me. Thanks...enjoy...
i lived in the house bseide the black horse inn. i was inside when it was on fire back in 2008 i think it was. i was able to get out. sat in the pub in my pajamas, no socks. people kept buying me pints.
Possibly, but with the train goods yards and the massive community that once worked there, plus the social upheavals between the local unions and train companies, I see a connection. Just not with coal, but coal was delivered there daily to run the steam trains and also run the whole industrial area that was once there, and still is in a small way.
