I don’t understand partials because you can measure each muscle with a full range of motion but on his “partials I clearly see his right arm is stronger

Please continue to talk and explain your methods for the people that are genuinely curious about your training. People should understand that making content is your job and how you get paid. I also only have dumbbells, the adjustable ones that can go from 10 to 90 lbs. one thing that I could recommend is saving up for an adjustable bench if you don’t already have one. Ever since I got one it has become so much easier to hit all the muscle groups with just dumbbells
Would you recommend partial reps at the end instead of, or as well as assisted lifts to negative reps? Example: going for 10 reps, get to 8, then two assisted negative reps followed by several partials?
It’s literally my job to make content and talk to the camera while I workout. Nobody would watch if I just said “Ok i’m doing my set” and then let it play for 45 seconds straight of me lifting
