Mr ruchir is too good. He has tremendous knowledge, but the best thing about him is that he comes down to lay men's level and make them understand about world economy and reality of real politics in a very simple way. This quality very few people have. Very nice simple human being
He right. I was topper in school college but in real life people below me are earning way more than me so I do not push my kids to be on top. Just be good at studies and research before u start putting energy into a specific field
@@-Keyboard-Warrior. one can be topper in science where there is no need of any language only basic understanding of language is needed there sir unlike arts
This is one of the best podcast with Sir Ruchir Sharma. I am a big fan of him and watch most of his videos. His perspective towards world in economics, geopolitics, investments is one of the best. I hope that the whole of India who wants to learn about these topics should watch this podcast. I truly appreciate Ranveer to have this podcast in Hindi as it would be nice for people from rural areas can also learn a lot from Ruchir Sir and take interest in these subjects. India needs a growth rate of between 12 to 15 percent annually in order to become a developed country over next 30-50 years. 6 to 7% growth rate won't cut it for such a large population if india needs higher per capita income. Indian govt should spend atleast over 1 to 2 trillion dollars to build high quality education system all across India which can help the country propel higher growth when the population has a high quality education system like singapore.
I have been following Ruchir Sharma for the last 3 to 4 years. His opinions in nees channels are mostly unbiased and he is very much market and growth oriented. Me and my generation should definitely learn from him.
*I m Genuine Follower of TRS,, I Request to Bring Gujarati Business men (Economy Backbone), They Can Suggest Best how to Start Business, what Problems they Facing*
Why did you interrupt when the guest was speaking about discrimination in Europe towards Indian and diverted the topic to de-dollarisation. It would have been an helpful insight.
*I m Genuine Follower of TRS,, I Request to Bring Gujarati Business men (Economy Backbone), They Can Suggest Best how to Start Business, what Problems they Facing*
Yesterday I was driving and I heard this podcast, and today I watched it. Seriously, very nice and informative podcast. Hope to see another one with him.
TRS has hit it out of the park! Great show! In my life I have learnt that being a student and always learning is the hallmark of an entrepreneur! As a successful Indian American entrepreneur I feel validated! I loved my work so much it was never work for me and being able to have FU money allowed me the freedom to do whatever I wanted! However my Indian values kept me grounded! Having peace of mind as well as personal satisfaction is everything!
If india wants to keep growing we need simplified stable flat taxation system which will automatically boost the youth to work for the combined nation growth and not leave the country. Changes in taxation every year will not be tolerated by the youth as this would destabilise their plans and motivation. Market also will be having less trust and more fluctuations.
I really enjoyed your podcast, Ranveer, especially the episode on science and economics. I particularly liked this one. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if you could cite the articles or sources you mention. This would enhance the credibility of the third-party data you share on the podcast
*Nice questions, nice editing especially in the beginning.* Nice shirt Ranveer. Everything matters always. *One suggestion brother* please lower your expressions or reactions to answer by guest or you can reduce your screen time till you master the optimism of expressing yourself. People mock and make fun but the positive thing is they are telling you your weakness. If you improve in this space, you will acquire the best interviewing skills. Hope you become the best soon. 😊
One of the best Podcasts on economy and capitalism. We stood at 3-4rth position GDP wise But as per per capita income we are at 100th+ US per capita 60000 China per capita 15-16000 And we are at 3000 We need to improve a hell lot yet.
Man!!! I am not going to forget Ruchir Sharma Sir At Least For Upcoming 30-35 Years Of My Life... I am personally A Modi Supporter. While Everyone Was Giving Their Predictions About Lok Sabha Election's On News And Elsewhere, He On TRS ENGLISH Had Predicted What Was Going To Be Result, and it turned out to be true... His Ability Of Catching Omens Is Just Fabulous... Happy To Watch Him Again❤❤
@@kbshrivastav8539 lol, so you are giving authority to a vanilla graduate to hire engineering graduate. SRCC provides you a basic BCOM which is available like idly and vada pav. This guy is over hyped and useless.
Have you seen his earlier predictions for 2014, 2019...he is been saying minority government for last 10 years. If you keep saying there will be a bear market, it will happen one day. It's like saying I will go to toilet tomorrow, whether evening or morning.
Ruchir is already successful but some people judge by money only and ask silly questions. Such down to earth person, learn so much from Ruchir Sir from this
This podcast is great! It would be amazing if you could invite Brahmvihari Swami from the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha for an episode. He's a dynamic speaker who offers profound insights into spirituality, leadership, and personal development. BAPS is a worldwide spiritual and humanitarian organization known for its inspiring leadership, cultural preservation, and extensive charitable efforts. Their temples are architectural marvels, and their community service projects have made a significant impact globally. Having Brahmvihari Swami on the podcast would provide listeners with a unique perspective on living a balanced and meaningful life. Hope to see this collaboration soon!
Fantastic Journey Fabulous person and so very inspirational. Please invite him again ,and yes , we need to discuss his key take awsys from his book bcoz even if we buy and read the way, he [Mr Ruchir Sharma] would help us understand it would be easy and effective to absorb .I am very grateful to Ranveer and the team, for you all are doing an excellent job.
1:04:00 see on this per capita income. I have lots of issues. Keeping it in dollar and judging every country on that is kind of useless. For example, in India i get one time meal in 50 rupees. which is 0.6 cents while in USA one time meal can cost you around 10-15 dollars. so its complicated. in India if you are earning 2000 usd means 1.5 lakhs rupees a month, its very good.
Pls bring Abhigya Anand .. He is just 17 & already spreading his knowledge at International Stages .. pls consider him .. u will be amaze to know his Astro knowledge on predicting International events
@@sandeepsuman8548 don't know about Abhigya Anand but your comment shows that we are still very much into mental colonization. If Astrology discovered by Americans, They would proudly say that "when the whole world is living in stone age, we are calculating the exact astronomical maping of solar system and knew every planets of solar system, thousands of years prior to any other civilization"
@@BatukaBhairavaSevak_Tuhin You are strawmaning my argument Ancient greeks has also the knowledge of astrology , You assume too much about me , we don't know about every planets in the solar system , all the planets in the solar system is seen after gaileio invented telescope and few which where discovered can be seen through naked eye , astrology is a pseudoscience it has nothing do in real world , and I am proud of indian astronomers not astrologers , and there many thing you can be proud about for india , Bcoz of this pseudoscience bs real ancient scientists of india who work for the betterment of science and maths doesn't gets the credit
Thankyou Ranveer for such an educational podcast. Thankyou Ruchir Sharma for making most important things of global economoics and personal life so easy to understand. I am going to buy your books for sure.
Look into the future bro, not the past. Mahabharat is great and is a vital part of our religion & culture, but Podcasts like this one with Ruchir Sharma is what India needs. We need to aspire to become the greatest country on earth, not dwell in the the past about how great it was.
We can grow only if we are culturally rooted. Period. Otherwise nation becomes materialistic and instead of growth, we work to snatch wealth from each other. Western nations are materialistic we don't want to become like them. Know the reality of west, their middle class is much more worse than indian middle class. No matter how much you cry, atleast you are not homeless or struggle for food.
I have just started watching this episode. I feel how will he give correct advice to a normal engineer working in India & has not got salaries and offers like him early in career.
Bro I know there was a time when any stupid person from Infosys Wipro went to USA and backed a good job in faang level companies. After 2020 the scenarios is really different i know job market in ondia is not good but it's even more harder to get a job abroad. If u can't get a good job here then don't think like before you can go to usa and easily get a job there. It's even more difficult now for immigrants
Ranveer , If you really want to know about the game which is going on between extra terrestrials and humans and if you really have the guts then invite Steven Greer to your show. Just do a bit of research and you will understand how much eye opening and informative that podcast will be. I said If you have the guts because Joe Rogan did a podcast with him but it was taken down by the government. Believe me that will be one of the most important podcasts of your life.
54:00 Sir it is only in paper only Jab aap middle class walon se baat karenge tab samajh aayega ki inflation kitna badh gya h Something which I can afford regularly before COVID,after COVID the scenario changes I can afford that things on regular basis
Ruchir Sharma mentioned a good point about the medicine practiced in India. I have been living in the US for a few years now, and I have noticed that doctors who have pursued their medical studies back in India or China (based on my personal experience) possess better skills in diagnosis. That's why, personally, I prefer Indian or East Asian doctors if I need to consult one in the US.
I am a fan of his books .read all his books except last two .he is such gem personality. what he said in last five minutes show how honest and better person he is. Fun facts : if he invested his 1996 salary in Infosys that could make him billionaire. Only one year salary could make him billionaire. Salute to his honesty
sir this type of long videos i can say one thing.. Perfect... Half knowledge is most dangerous.. and same applies to everyone.. i can say 10 min videos is like half podcast. So half podcast is most dangerous.. So I'm very thankful to your lengthy and knowledgeable with full of knowledge videos.. Perfect
Psychology ke mutabik agar koi insaan ko samne wali ki bat boor rag rahi hai to vo jaldi jaldi bahut unwanted face hilate hai sir bhi shayad samne wale ki respect me 😅😅😅😅😅😅
What an amazing mind. 🙏🙏 both of you are amazing keep up. 1.38:38 summarizes it all. That it! This is the one of the best podcast from TRS. Keep up! All these years, I now understand why my father and both of my grand fathers were saying. lol. What a lovely video to watch and shout, thats it! thats it that is what I mean when I say I want to be retired! Ranveer, you are the best! I highly recommend new entertainers and influencers to watch and learn from your podcasts.
I happened to attend SRCC (‘91-94) and graduated in Economics same time as Ruchir. Didn’t know him then but had heard of him. Interestingly, I moved to the US in 2000 and have lived here since. Moving to America has been the best decision of my life. I respectfully disagree with Ruchir’s views on the US. I think there is tremendous optimism about America’s future. I have lived in multiple states in the US, and I truly believe America’s best days are ahead. If you look at the innovation over the past 150 years, no other country comes even close. Whether it be opportunity or lifestyle, US is miles ahead of any other nation. Dubai and Singapore can’t compare in terms of variety of weather…in the US, I have the luxury of living in a tropical, seaside, desert or snowy locale depending upon my preference. Nightlife is second to none. The number of high paying jobs far exceeds that of other countries. Also, it’s far easier setting up a business in the US compared to India.
Amazing podcast one of the best ever. So much of learning and inspiration, savings, world economy, growth, business, lessons to Country and common people, lifestyle. Good luck for your new book sir.
1st ever long podcast I heard with full attention. Its very informative, I really loved & enjoyed this... Keep up the good work bro & would more such in near future👌👍
Good to listen Ruchir Sarma : I keep reading his articles in Indian press : agree to the fact that he is globe trotting investor : where are his investments across globe : industry / activity wise : I wd like to listen to
A very illuminating dialogue by Ruchir Sharma, thanks Ranveer for hosting him. Suggest you bring , on your show , at least two successful startup entrepreneurs like Zomato and Zerodha founders.
Thanks Ranvir. Looking forward to his book, now saved to my list on Spotify. My question: what is economic outlook for Punjab and how can overseas Punjabis like me help move it forward. Thank you 🇬🇧
