I am a government employee and occasionally I purchase equity on grow app. One time I purchasing one equity of JSW steel of Rs 844 but mistakenly purchased intraday in the place of equity. But realising my mistake I immediately close the equity at Rs. 843.90 at the same time. Because Govt employee is not eligible to file Itr- 3, so you guide me to which itr form I should file. The Intraday amount is very small so please guide me adjust this amount it would be helpful for me. My tax liabilities are 0 only after including all income. If I file Itr-3, may I got trouble in future? Please guide me.
