Incoming Call Busy Problem - iPhone 

My friend has iPhone XS, when I try to call him it shows (the number you're calling is busy) he hasn't blocked me nor he has any setting enabled like DND, etc. How can I fix this issue? Please help and do reply.

Actually when I call my friend she says she has sleeping mode on in her phone but all I hear while calling is she is talking with someone else (busy). I am not an iPhone user so I don't if it actually shows like that or she is lying

When i put my iphone 12 on swtich offf it shows busy ..instead of swtich off ..how do i fix it??

If i am on snapchat calls these calls are showing in call history of i phone which was not when i was using android. Also my i phone is now being busy for another person while i am on snapchat calls. Why is that so? I have recently shifted from android to i phone & facing these issues Please help
