Incoming Eastern Cape government to focus on improving people's lives 

Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane has announced Members of his Executive Council. Mabuyane took the oath of office as Premier at the Provincial Legislature last week marking this his second term in office.
Speaking ahead of the announcement, the province's Head of government communications says the new team will focus on improving the lives of the people in the province. #enca #dstv403
