"Storm Chasing" Photography is a great series and I hope ya'll continue to do this type of photography as the world is experiencing these odd weather phenomenons. We normally see storm chasers for the science but it's rare to see the real photographers who capture the beauty of it. Thank you for sharing this wonderful adventure series with us.

I agree, with so many landscape photographers focusing in the same pursuits, its refreshing and very spectacular to see these kind of landscape/cloudy photographs and videos. Especially, if you think how important clouds are for landscape photography, you have master them!👍

As a meteorologist (retired), just love your storm videos. Even more now that I am living out in AZ. Yes, those are Mammatus clouds. A sign of extreme turbulence (up/down motion) under the cirrus shield blowing out ahead of the storm. Keep up the excellent work! Your music with the storm chasing videos always spot on. Curious where you find these soundtracks.

Nick...so glad I found your channel. I love the videos, your shooting style, and the way you deliver the information you are providing to us. Thanks! Quick question...probably not a quick answer...heck, maybe even a video topic worth question...but could you touch on some beginner advice for the aspiring landscape photographer? Especially gear starting out. I'm sure as most know...newbs don't often have the higher-end equipment or the budget to get all the best stuff. I'm not a newb as I've been shooting for a while...though I usually feel like one...but I am new-ish to landscape photography and as a hobbyist photographer on a budget, much like many new to the art and hobby of photography, I shoot a crop sensor camera (Nikon D7500) which also presents a little bit of a challenge. Not so much a challenge but a slight limitation in lens selection on the wide end. But I'd absolutely love to hear your thoughts on the new shooter or the new landscape shooter wanting to get into the genre...(are photography types considered a genre?) or more serious about it if they are already tinkering with the style. Thanks so much!

And also a tutorial on editing them…sorry not asking much eh lol. I shoot with a A73 by the way as I’ve just changed system from Canon. TIA
