Some days are more fruitful than others... this was one of those fruitful ones. But it doesn't come without its risks.... Michael Shainblum and myself almost get struck by lightning in this one....

When I watch photographers on RU-vid, the videos usually run as "background noise" as I edit photos or browse the internet. This video, and many of your videos like this, cause me to do NOTHING else but sit, watch, and appreciate the gift you have not only for photography but for storytelling. Obviously, I don't know your internal strategy for the frequency of uploading content to the Tube, but THANK YOU for not trying to churn out video after video on a certain day of the week just to keep the algorithm happy. Your Art is better for it, and your viewers are as well. Thanks, Nick. Keep at it!

The most dramatic images I've ever seen. Not exaggerating. The one with the windmill, clouds, sunbeam, mountains, rainbow and lightning literally has it all
