@@xarvishcreation Why and which one do u recommend then (max budget is ~600$) For education and gaming in freetime (minecraft or stuff, not the massive games)
@@biq Asus tuf gaming laptops aren't that great. I had an Asus tuf gaming a17, From my experience it wasn't that great, Fps lag, Poor battery life, Fan sound drives you mad, Keyboard is a full sized keyboard which is very hard to type and The screen is wayyy too big(17 inches display, Not an issue if you're dedicate the laptop for gaming only, But productivity wise it can't affect). For gaming I wouldn't recommend going for tuf gaming series from asus. Either go for lenovo legion or hp omen. I would strongly recommend HP omen, If you don't have budget then save up money, Pal. No point of spending 600$ for tuf gaming series and later regretting. Better save up more money and then go for Omen or Legion. But one thing about omen, All the hp laptops have poor built quality, But not Lenovo laptops. So, It's upto your choice after saving up money. Hope this info helps you :)
@jishnu815 Thanks man I really appreciate that and will keep it in mind! Btw, I'll need the laptop for studying too so will HP/Lenovo be good then? And this will be my first real laptop (been using potato school laptop) so I don't have too high standards btw. ATM I was thinking abt MSI G63 Thin but I've heard that MSI has poor built quality like the hinges and stuff so idk... Thanks a lot again for your time!
Thank you for the detailed video. I'm thinking, do I really need laptop if I have to turn everything off. It's like buying a car but don't drive it , it could wear out ,ooohhh no. Txs 😅
Because you can plug it in, get the full power again, use it, and then when you want to sit on the sofa and watch netflix you don't need to be plugged in
@@Saujasmost of the settings have an option that say “on battery” so they’ll only activate when unplugged. My computer when plugged in (this one in the video) is a beast when plugged in. 120 fps minimum in every game on high settings
@@hermezx bro i am student literally it helped me more moreover additional tip you can do maxmim power state to 30% in battery mode in power setting it really helped me lot . Hello po just bought 2 days ago asus tuf gaming f15 . 3050. I play games . The battery only last for about 1hr and 40 mins. Is it normal? Thank you. Already subscribed
No, always keeping your charger plugged in is generally not good for the battery regardless of if it is having a charge limit always make sure to keep it around 20 to 80 percent, although microsoft recommends to fully charge the laptop.
You could try undervolting, but if there was a free way to give you the same performance for less power, they would have done it by default. Imagine you are running on a treadmill. And you want to run at the same speed but drinking less water... One thing has to give...
I almost did all of these tips and my hp victus goes around 3 hours and 14 minutes when on battery power, i wish the hp victus had a charge limit but it has a adaptive battery feature instead.
Cooler Master Spectrum X-150! With the rgb lighting and sturdiness, kind of fair price. Fans are okay, it noticeably helps the thermals so you can either buy cheaper if you wanna save up or get this one or spend more for better cooling pad which fans are better than this.
Sorry not really sure, i want to help you but your question requires specific numbers and there's a lot of factors that may affect it but without these settings you can expect close to 2 hours of battery life or could be worse.. this settings are must do and i suggest you to apply it.
You just got it right! exactly the model and specs i would recommend based on what you will be doing, all you need to do is make sure it's not overpriced!
Hi, my laptop Tuf Gaming battery when i shut down my laptop the battery still consume, second is if my charger will be unplugged the battery status still plugged in. help me plss. :)
Simply to get the most use while traveling, i dont plan to game as much while traveling but i do plan to watch movies. And for 3-4 hrs = 2 movies isnt gonna work for a 15hour trip.
@@jojo_8814then you should have gone for a laptop with qhd display and good speakers .. not a gaming laptop with a deducated gpu and performance series cpu
There's a fine line between being a smart person and being a LODU. Here you're being a lodu, we all know the fact that gaming laptops are well suited while in charge but what if I don't want to play games and do something with my life? How about learning something useful that can be resourceful in our life. My existing hardware is very well capable of doing things that a normal laptop can do, there's just one issue 'battery'. Why do you think gaming laptops are only for gaming? Yeah it keeps your dopamine levels higher than usual, and gaming is a part-time thing for the majority, some like you won't understand. Keep playing games. You dad's gonna take care about the financial condition of your life.
Hello bro, I bought HP omen with i7 13700HX and RTX 4060. My major concern is with battery when not plugged in. How can I max out my laptop battery life? And is it safe to change processor state? Is it good for laptop health?

need help , i have the same model but with a i7 11800H and 3050 ti. even with the tips it gets up to only 2 30 h of battery can someone explain if this is normal
Same bro ...mine is same model and is bought recently... I first thought keeping it at constant charge when gaming is affecting it's battery life... But even video play backs at silent mode is draining it in 2.5 hrs. I googled to look 90Wh is supposed to last 12.5 hrs at playback...so here am i.. researching the same. I was gonna give it for replacement in faulty battery. Guess that's normal for everyone

Hello po. Just recently bought Tuf F15. I’m just concern that the battery does not last for more than 2 hours even though it is in eco mode, disable keyboard light, low brightness and just using gmeet.
Hello bro, Can I leave the charger plugged in 24/7 even if the laptop is turned off? Will this damage my battery? And how can i limit the charging capacity to 60 - 80 %? Thanks.
It's fine but i suggest you to not do that, the 24/7 thing, every once in a while, not a problem but there's no reason to do that. You can change your charging capacity using MyASUS software, 60% for plugged in most of the time, 80% and 100% if you frequently use it on battery mode.
So if I use it plugged it all the time and unplug it when it's off should be fine yh? And in MyAsus app there is no 60% limit, only 80%. Where I can find the 60% limit? Thanks.
From someone that has used Asus a17, Nope don't buy it, Mate if you want to game then just buy a ps5 or Xbox X or Xbox S. If you want productivity laptop then go for Asus vivobook s14x OLED, M1 Air if you want macOS. But don't waste your money on tuf gaming series. Save up more money and go for a better laptop
I purchese this laptob. The battery dure 1heure 40minute and I downeload a ldplayers were I downeload bounty rush. When i played without freighter it breaks down. Please advise me now
Gaming especially on emulators which consumes a lot of power is not advised on battery mode, you need to plugged in when gaming and make sure to adjust settings of LDPlayer as one of the problems with Emulator Gaming is users haven't optimized the settings!
I bought asus f 15 90whr today believe me silent mode me 96 to 17 battery chali gai in 3 hours 38 mins backlit was on , normal tasking updating drivers installing android studio, vs code and stuff
hey bro reply fast its urgent i did all the things what you said does it increases laptops charge capacity. And my laptop is asus rod strix and my charge capacity could be increased in how many days, please reply quick.
@@El75390 Well MB man I figured that shit out like 3 days after the comment my old laptop was consistent and I heard that having it plugged in harms it thats why I didnt do it for that long.
3 months....Your laptop is under warranty and send it to the manufacturer, you have recieved a faulty battery...they will replace it. Dont try to fix it yourself
Not really on my experience, same usage as well as WIFI is ON and just downloading stuff! Maybe for a little bit especially on launchers like Steam or Epic Games!
This is supposed to be for battery mode only, gaming should always on battery mode for max performance. Gaming while on battery mode is fine but not really ideal and regardless of settings/adjustments, performance wouldn't be good
Hi, I'm planning to buy the asus tuf 15 as i need a good laptop for studying and gaming (roblox, minecraft, fortnite). my budget is 1.5k, would you recommend this or something else? im really looking for something able to run games at 120fps+
Yes, 16gb is enough for the things that you need! I can definitely recommend this, there's gonna be performance test uploaded tomorrow and gaming test next week!
Don't know if you have bought the laptop already but I wouldn't recommend it. It's alright but ASUS generally has bad QC so you could end up with a shit unit like I have several times. Lenovo is a safer bet.
You can end background apps via Task Manager, but if you constantly used that application, it's better to leave it as is, much better than re-opening it again which puts some pressure on memory over the time.
I recently purchased a TUF Gaming F15 and tested it with Minecraft on performance mode, noticing it reaches temperatures around 90 degrees. Is this within the expected range?
Quite yes and no tbh, so much question here, is the ray tracing on, what’s the settings, do you have elevation while playing and etc! But generally, 90 to 95 still covered as operating temperature of Intel Processor, but make sure it’s not stable on 90, spikes are acceptable and normal!
i am considering to buy asus tuf f15 rtx 2050 48 Whr for coding only no gaming. but after seeing the reviews like heating , lag & battery performance i am concerned that i will not able to code without plugin in charger should i go for it or wait few months to get 90whr one plss answer 🙏
Even the 90wh is not really that good on battery life, try considering Macbook especially you're not into gaming.
