Since this video and being able to be home to nurse Freya for practically every feed, the supply and demand was there and I didn’t have any issues. Of course I still enjoy a body armor or greater than drink (they really are so delicious!! I wish greater than were in stores for easier buying access.) when I do, I still get engorged after drinking and see an increase in my supply if I continue to drink each day. Yes! I didn’t care for the sports tea either. The strawberry lemonade is by far my favorite.

@@SamanthaBenavides literally coconut water, dash of pink Himalayan salt and diet ocean spray or freshly juiced fruit juice! Sometimes I top it off with water!

Did you notice anything after a while

That is so tough. I know they say to latch baby as much as possible but when you’re working obviously you can’t! I would definitely try and see if you find a difference. good luck mama!

Hey Michelle! Luckily I saw results literally overnight and felt super engorged the next morning after drinking less than 1L. Im so sorry mama, I know how stressful breast feeding can be😭😢 I would give it a few more days and make sure you are eating lots of oatmeal and latching babe as much as you can! @@SamanthaBenavides thank you so much for responding. The trial pack are 11.2 FL. Oz (330ml) do you think that might be the reason I haven't seen results?? I drink 3-4 of the bottles a day. My daughter is in the NICU. 💔😥 recovering but still have no set date when I will be able to bring her home. I have been able to pump 2 ounces combined with both breasts since I left the hospital on the 19th of September. She was born on the 15th.

@@michelleguzman6025 my heart goes out to you. sending you and your sweet babe all the positive energy and that you will be able to bring her home so soon ❤️ I don’t want to discourage you but if you are drinking 4 a day that’s about 1 liter and after 5 days I would think you would have saw some results. Tomorrow try to drink 4 or 5 if you can and see if you notice a difference. Do you have access to a lactation consultant at the hospital? Mine helped me tremendously. I’m sure they would be able to give you even more tips for power pumping/ right time of day/ latching baby to increase your supply and other extremely helpful info. Sorry these drinks weren’t very helpful to you but don’t lose hope in your breast feeding journey yet and if you can I totally recommended reaching out to a lactation consultant for help❤️

Ughh I’m so sorry to hear that mama. We are already busy enough, worrying about supply is so stressful. Do you pump as well or just nurse?

Same and im scared to try stuff that could cause more harm. I drink tons of water, I eat tons, I sleep kinda, nothing helps. I'm so tired of pumping only to get 1 OZ total. It would take me 24 hours of plumping to pump one 4 oz bottle if I'm lucky.

@@12345aliveokay I’m sorry mama. It is very frustrating and puts even more stress on us worrying about if we are giving our babe enough. I had great results with this drink, I’m not sponsored by Greater Than or anything I should also mention. Oats/ water never really help my supply personally. I have tried brewers yeast and flaxseed to make cookies/ muffins and that helps a bit but nothing like what this drink did for me.

How much water did you drink on top of the drinks and before starting them? I mostly pump and then try to nurse at least once a day. I drink about 90oz of fluid a day in between water, powerade, and body armor and milk has decreased by half since aunt flow returned. Just curious...it is quite a buy but if it will help us get to at least a year on bm it is worth it
