@@MikeCola Do you still use Apple Cide Vinegar? I just restarted it. With lower doses. Two teaspoons after a meal. I used to take 30ml in a glass of water. That was too much for me, at once.

Yes, I'm still doing the Apple cider vinegar on most days. About a tablespoon or two right before meals. I think it helps. Best - Mike
