One thing you can work for with your current gear is a zuk cape (the magic one) it will give you such a good adrenaline dump with omnipower its one of the best upgrades for magic. The gear you have right now plus the fact that you are managing to do zamorak at 50% enrage tells me you can do it and once you have the first cape you can get the other capes for the other styles way easier :)
Tip #1, go to settings -> gameplay -> search "right" -> toggle right action bar buttons. This way you have 14 abilities to choose from. #2, Keybind food to one of those 14 so you wont have to deal with the inventory that often. #3, keep your potions, switches, any item u use often on the first 12 inventory spaces. Your other items with no click usage down at the bottom ( scrolls/pouches/luck stuff). Good luck
does anyone remember the days when we wouldn't use yak with a boss not for extra emergency healing, but to be able to kill the boss in multiple trips? I miss those days, where speed was secondary to the number of kills in a row.
Same and I've been playing for years 😂 honestly, if you haven't already, focus on unlocking overloads, t95 curses, invention perks, damage auras and familiars. They all make such a HUGE difference. Otherwise necromancy is so much more intuitive and beginner friendly, learning to use it opened up so much of the game for me. I've got no chance in learning the other styles effectively, switching weapons all the time just isn't something that interests me
As an old player who came back to the game I struggled as well. Fat lane is spot on, I’d also add take the time to build your ability bars and think about the order you want the abilities to go off in so you build adren quickly. I’d also say get the infernal puzzle box asap as well as dive/escape. Biggest difference to my dps I found was perking my gear too
Have you trained necromancy? have you watched guide videos? I never did manual pvm or bossing prior to necro (only ever did afk slayer) and I decided to finally learn when necro released. You still need to take the time to learn, it wont happen overnight. But the skill was literally designed to introduce people like ourselves to pvm. You can do it.
Learn it in small pieces you can practice. Start with revo+ and focus on mechanics alone. Then once you get comfy there and it seems too easy, begin to add in prayer changes. Once you notice it's easy again, add in manually using some abilities like ultimates or special attacks. Then take more control and so on. Where the average players seems to get lost is thst they see someone manually using everything and think they could never handle all that. But neither could the player doing it when they started. Most of what they're doing is muscle memory at this point so they really aren't thinking about too much. It's how streamers talk with their audience while they pvm. In they're mind they aren't really juggling "oh I gotta prayer flick, and do this rotation, and handle these mechanics, and keep my health and prayer up"
Thanks for all the effort you went through making this for me and other players. Thanks for the continued check backs with me for gear and perks to make the best video possible. Appreciate it a lot God bless!
I understand the idea of doing more DPS which in turn would result in less food and what not, but wouldn't a hell hound be a better setup or at least the aegis aura until its gotten down much better? Doing more DPS is great and all, but you have to remember, even at low enrage, Zammy and other end game bosses still hit like a truck when learning on how to do the fights, especially on higher enrage. I understand the need for blubbers and brews, but on one hand, you're one tic eating a brew and blubber which heals just slightly less than a rocktail. Talking about healing 1750 as oppose to 2300, granted I understand that the blubber brew gives you 6+3 respectively meaning that you're having more food so to speak, but having one or two solid food for the big heals I'd think would come in handy.
I think this is where people get stuck on. Sure he still hits hard, but add those extra dps things and you will skip every mechanic, end the fight like 5 mins faster and also heal more from soul split. I went through the exact same process as a new pvmer too. But give it a try and see how it goes!
@@InitYeah Alright will give it a shot. Again, my mind set is coming from a dirty skiller that knows not much about PVMing. I get the basics of about the defensives and how they work, but would likely give it a shot when it comes to a few bosses that are left on my list for reaper!
Two comments, could you move the camera to the Top left side since the abilities get covered up in the Mobile interface. Also this disappeared on my feed pretty quickly. Not sure why though.
My PvM is crap. I'm just doing stuff 😂 and one big reason in why I do not try harder bosses is that I'm too scared to die. I have ptsd from back in the day 😂
As a mobile player I do say we miss few abilities bars. I would like each side 3 more bars to get more conform for bossing. Like now is switching de bars and sometimes you miss press for the defense abilities and die
