Well done everyone outstanding fines. I also had a 1922 George V shilling but didn’t get chance to see you yesterday Graham. I did manage to final meet Bill and Steve to gentlemen. Just want to say thank you to you and Mel for another amazing days detect and a big thank you to Gaz for saving my day letting me borrow his headphones (school boy error I know)
What a fantastic day and another well organised dig, you wouldn’t find such a lovely group of people anywhere else. Really nice to see you Graeme and Mel. Catch you on the next one 👍
I am so glad i found such a good group of people to join on these great digs. Amazing day, once again. Thanks to Graeme, Mel and Gaz. Hopefully see you all on the next.
Absolutely incredible saves, had no idea so many amazing hammered coins and artefacts were popping up all around me. Well done to everyone who found the goodies great work. Thanks Graeme and Mel for your continued efforts securing these amazing permissions. A fantastic video and amazing day 👍🏻
As i have become acustom to your organised digs videoa Graeme, Always impressive for your members. Cracking finds and history once more saved. Best wishes to you and Mel. Kind Regards Ian from Ipswich.
Great video Graeme, nice to see the finds, I never made it to the 2nd field, I spent the rest of the time in the 1st field, I had a few decent finds but no hammered's, looking forward to the next time though, thanks for the dig :)
looks like i missed a good one i had to work sadly but what a lot of hammered coins and artifacts bet everyone enjoyed it nice to watch the footage love the snake buckle
What a great day, as usual, Graeme and Mel, you are the best. Not much for me but, regarding Shirley's pendant, it must have some religious significance as 'IHS' is the English contraction for the Greek word for Jesus, it can be seen in old churches and on church vestments and was also on the Medieval purse bar I unearthed on one of your digs. Well done to all and thanks again.
Some amazing finds coming up my faves were the medieval acorn and Charles 1st 6 pence. Was wondering if hammereds are easy to roll flat again if bent over
How can i get on one of the organised digs ? I have my own permissions in buckinghamshire but would be great to meet some new faces further a field in UK.
Hi again, the organised digs are not commercial rallies, as we run them for customers and friends, however its hoped that people will enjoy watching them unfold
@@unearthed-detecting-tv Ok No problem I just did purchase a composite pen and preserving wax from your site. Does that make me a customer and valid for an invite to your digs? 😉
