i knew there must be something you can do with Tuna.. I don't use it too much but bought a few tins incase I need something quick to cook up but glad I found this I'll be trying it 🙌

This recipe came out at a perfect time, I have some leftover rice and some slightly sad-looking cherry tomatoes I need to use up... thanks as always for a great, inexpensive recipe! Think I'll throw some grated ginger in that oil too.
