Please share that picture with the volcano experts. If it's a sinkhole opened up then a buildup of water below the surface in the cooled magma caverm is what causes caldera explosions when things heat up again.

Probably fish going around in circles

Something rising quickly in the water like bubbles, from an air pocket release. Some sort of big shift in underwater surface to also cause change to top water surface making a ripple (I can't remember what its called). A strong down wind gust breaking the water surface enough to ripple. Ocean eddies between islands or caused by changes in bottom elevation levels as it nears the surface. Whatever it is, nice catch on video. You are in tune with your beautiful island.

I've seen circles in the clouds lately.

Usually related to underwater activity. Pressure zone..volcanic..vent tube etc.

How often is this visible?

This is all speculation. That is the effect of some sort of energy beam. If the waves do not disturb the circle's shape, it is likely coming from above the Earth, possibly from space. I could further speculate that it has something to do with modifying the water in some way, i.e., making it hotter to start a chain reaction type event.

First thought is a boat trail, they usually last for a while & there are similar ‘lines’ around the circle, some arcs & some slashes across the waves. Depends on how long it lasts.

That’s odd. You should see the sheep in Mongolia that have been walking in a circle for now about 14 days. They do it day and night. They are not sick according to the farm owners. His other sheep aren’t doing it. Strange circles in strange places. Animals can tell if something is going to happen such as an earthquake, tornado, etc. I think these occurrences in nature are trying to warn us.

those are exhaust trails from boats, fumes create oil slick of sorts, like putting kukui nut oil on the ocean surface to see the fish under it better
